People not using triple threat are missing out so bad. I tell all my friends they really need to start using it, at least for a spin launch. Especially this year cuz most players really have no handles so triple threat can get you a speed boost or advance you to the high or low post. The lebron size up escape to ball hand speed boost is gone, people need to learn real basketball moves now. I love it. Real skill gap.
Agreed. Thousands of moves added each year for those fools to only use what everyone else is using. Dribbling is about deception and unpredictability smh.
One of my favorite moves in triple threat that I can do consistently now is swing the ball low a few times then just pull up. I do it with Kawhi and the defense can’t react quick enough.
I love these videos, but damn i’m trying to practice while listening and can’t get the moves down. The half spin triple threat move at 7:30.. can we get a tutorial? Because i have absolutely 0 idea what you’re saying to do and ive been trying to practice this for an hour
Appreciate you brother! You always have the sauce. You show how real basketball is supposed to play instead of the cheesy shit. Definitely gonna continue to watch your videos and add it to my bag
I’m revisiting these as our game has become more serious. Only challenge is since we’re doing f2f games, old-school stryle, we’re using press box view.
I miss how you explode outta the triple threat on 2k22 felt very realistic you could jab step then explode now it will make him pause a sec and the ball looks weird but the spin is definitely a go to still if they playing you tight I been using the triple threat for years I like little details that make you play like real life
I need to get the videos out as fast as possible, and the best way to do that for now is through offline play! But online gameplay isn't too far behind!
nice to see there are other people playing this game like me usualy in the rec center I always match up with idiots with 0 iq especially on old gen this year and it makes the game so annoying. if anyone here plays old gen on ps4 let me know
Had to come and watch this again, paused it multiple times til I got the moves down. Even played it on .75 speed. My dude, it’s folks like you that make content like this that has folks like me playing 2k.!. Never stop ✊🏽
whats the best triple threat style for a finesse layup style PG build. 6'6 D Lo style player great at layups and shot creating step backs and spins and drifters from mid or 3. love the videos
Sooo I can do that Jordan Poole move with my 6’6 pg, but I can’t with my 6’8 SF and they both have the same animations and sig styles, My PG has more ball handle, of course (87 on my PG, 80 on the SF )maybe it’s linked to how much ball handle you have, or position? (for those wondering how to do it in MC)
@@BMac803 I think you might just need a 75 speed with ball. I had a build with 75 speed with ball and 80 ball handle that could do it but when I made another build with 80 ball handle and 72 speed with ball I couldn't.
Awesome, thanks so much! How do you avoid getting bumped when driving after you do your crossover combos? I have trouble getting past that and trying to understand how to read the opponent and go from there
Post control should impact your post spins exits, and post movements. While there are triple threat combos out of the post - I'll discuss that in a separate video! But for the perimeter, triple strike should be one of the main badges you want, along with acceleration, and core ball handling attributes!
Hey man! Triple threat moves are available as long as you dont dribble the ball first, so make sure you did not dribble or move before trying a triple threat combo!
Bro! You are literally goated! I would seriously pay you to teach me to dominate in 2k25! That’s my goal! I want to be a dominant scorer! I’m thinking like New York Melo. He’s the simplest player to make I think and his skillset isn’t over complicated based off my skills on the game. Plus he’s a bucket! What are your thoughts!?
I used to say the same thing. But 3-day weekend I decided to learn. Not a dribble god but unless my team cuts and brings his man into my drive I can score damn near at will. Started with one move at a time, a go dunk combo and a shooting combo. Kevin Cruz videos and Dimework videos helped me tremendously. And this is with a 80 ball handle and 75 speed w/ball. 92 strength for gold bulldozer as a nice bonus as well
It's all on HOF man - I don't post the difficulty anymore because it interrupts the flow of videos. But I have receipts - for example: x.com/ron_bato/status/1703725037478691175?s=20
Thanks!
Truly appreciate you Kenzo!!

Man they really went hard with the triple threat this year!
how do i swing it?
I love the way you did this video man.
No long drawn out intro, concise instruction.
Ty.
Thank you bro!!
Yo Kevin, you're one of the most realistic and creative players in the community. Appreciate the gems and clear tutorials bro 🤞🏾
Appreciate that man, that's my goal! Just to showcase a different play style that can be effective in the game!
Perfect for me because I’m using TMac right now. Dude was a triple threat master, especially with the hesi pull up out of it

That clip with jordan poole was crazy nasty
Probably the filthiest thing I've ever done in any 2K!!
was disgusting
So nasty!
Show how to do it
I definitely needed this!! Thank you!!! I have a PG build and I’m going to watch this over abs over until I get be at a lethal level

Can you do a video on step backs? I can’t get any separation on step backs 😢
Definitely!
Bruh. This is literally the best gameplay I have ever seen on 2k. Wow. I’m impressed.
Thank you bro, I never take these kinds of compliments lightly!
@@KevinCruz016 do you play my career?
Kev always coming in the clutch with the moves!
You know it bro!
Your combos are sick, you are the combo king lol
Good to see you getting the vids out early Kev! Opinion on 24? Much of an upgrade?
Thank you bro!! Best 2K ever, and it's not close! Everything just feels so smooth and connected!
that poole special is insane.
kevin can you post a video of you playing play now online utilizing moves like this!!

love these videos instead of trying to be like those players who do all that extra dribbling just wanna find the smart ways to score
Yeees sirr, appetizers served up! Preciate the sauce Sirr Cruz!
My guy!!! We all about the sauce!
What triple threat is the best?
that jordan poole animation was sweet icl
He got some great animations this year!!
whats the best triple threat style for a finesse layup style PG build. 6'6 D Lo style player great at layups and shot creating step backs and spins and drifters from mid or 3. love the videos
Everything links together so smooth! Not as clunky like the years before!
Poole by far has the best animations
defense tips next!😊
All core aspects of the game will get tutorials! should hopefully get them all covered within two weeks!

I think that makes sense, I’ve seen some say 85 is the threshold!
It could also be linked to the triple strike badge being my pg has it gold and my sf has it silver

Need tips on finishing at the rim KC
In two weeks, I'll have all the bases covered including finishing!
Do I need a specific triple threat style to get the Poole secret move
I’m wondering the same thing, as in animations, attributes, and height requirements
Do you need post control in order to use anything like this?

I keep getting this half spin animation for some reason it’s any triple threat you need ?
What tripple threat style do you recommend?
I have one that's the nastiest in the game, but I set an internal like goal for the video lol. If it doesn't reach, I won't share it :D

Can you do a Kyrie dribble moves tutorial like what you did in 2k23? He got a lot of new moves now and like to see what you can do with them.
I showcased kyrie in my beginners combo tutorial! Check it out!
What are the best hesitation, Stepback, behind the back animations for 6’3” guards
This is gonna be something I actively work on this year! Stay tuned!
Bro what are the specific animations?
Advanced layup tutorial next?
Probably dribbling and post game then shooting and finishing and last should be defense and passing. Hopefully all within the next two weeks!
Amazing video. I turned on the game and got in the lab with you lol. So fun.
camera setting broo??
The sauce is undeniable

@@KevinCruz016 hahaha, much love my guy. but seriously, the videos you put out are my favorite 2k vids. I just wish there were more.
W You did a great job explaining everything great video
Next gen moves only ?
The new animations yes, otherwise, most of these work on PS4/Xbox One
Having a lot of trouble hitting that Jordan Poole move. He just keeps doing a spin move ???
FYI Guys you have to have an 85 ball Handle to do this Jordan Poole move
Thanks

That Jordan Poole move ain’t working? Could it be my triple threat style ?
Most likely tied to triple threat style!
why are my animations so slow is my question
bro really nice wit the sticks😂😂
Thank you bro!
How do you do that step back
Great breakdown my man
If I can master this I'll be unstoppable
I believe it man, people underrate the triple threat system so much!
I can't do the explosive behind the back??
Can someone give a time stamp to where he shows how to do the Jordan poole triple threat move?
