I laughed out loud when I saw this upload. I knew from the last video you weren't going to leave it alone. being able to see the blue light thru the grill looks fantastic.
Thanks very much! 😂😂 For real, I thought if I said it out loud enough I would convince myself to leave it alone. Who was I kidding? 😂
I knew you wouldn’t be able to resist,… I wouldn’t either lol. Beautiful work
Thank you, sir! Right? I was absolutely playing myself, lol.
@@Ibrahim_M lol
Killer work, Ibrahim. Really cool watching you work on it. Turned out so nice, and it was fun seeing your affection for the car grow along the way. Now you gotta customize the Alfred figure to say "No, sir, the OTHER car."
Thanks so much, dude! Haha, that's probably my favorite Michael Gough Alfred line read in all 4 of his movies as the character.
what a transformation! totally agree about losing the big fin. impressive work!
Thank you, my friend! Yeah, so far 9/10 people are in favor of no big fin, haha.
Incredible job, now even with light off it looks amazing !!! 🤩
Merci beaucoup, mon ami! I love the versatility of this one and how it has two different looks with and without lights. It's a very cool piece from McFarlane!
@@Ibrahim_M I had a lot of love for that movie, the batsuits and the batmobile, large inspirations from H.R.Giger with that organic feel to it.
Can’t wait to get mine, I’m gonna try to work with miroirs cause I suck with wires 🤣 that’s why I admire your work so much !
I knew you wouldn't be able to leave that beauty untouched funny colander thing,I wanted to make a grill for a car I moded and was about to do the same thing but I needed it black, happily I had a broken speaker that had some black mesh and it helped me ,I knew I was gonna use it some day and happened the same as you, anyways love the paint work on the car and as soon as I get my hands on it pretty much doing all the same stuff thanks for keeping your hands busy and us entertained, beautiful work buddy!!!
Carlos! Thank you so much, my friend!Ha! I love it when an old item like that becomes useful instead of garbage! Well done!
I was really bumped out that you weren’t going to customize this originally. Now I have a nice tutorial to customize mine! Thank you sir 🫡
Oh man, I’m glad! You’re welcome, dude! Thanks very much 🙏🏼🙌🏼
pretty bloody brilliant
Thanks so much, William!
So awesome! This Batmobile was my favorite till the Tumbler came out. I always loved how it looked organic and alive it looked. Still one of my top 3. Great job
Thanks so much, man! That means a lot coming from someone who really loves this version of the car!
You did a fantasic job with this Batmobile. This is how it should have came out of the box!
Thank you very much! On the one hand I agree, and on the other hand, I'm kind of glad it didn't because this was fun to do 😂
The lights looks REALLY good now! Awesome job!
Thank you very much!
🤯 Wow!!! INCREDIBLE work to say the least! 👏 What an artist! 🙇♂️
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it!
another great customizing vid! Thx for sharing the process dood!
Elijah! Thank you my friend! Appreciate you watching, as always!
I ❤ anything to do with this movie I like the design because it modified the esthetic of Dick Sprang's badassness.🦇👍
Man, that's so true. I love how this movie took his goofy origin and costume and just made it and him look cool. The scene where he's doing laundry was so relatable to me as a kid, lol.
Love having this added to the fleet. I'm not going to lie, I kinda dig how it looks without the big fin on it.
Man, it filled up the last home on my shelf, and it looks so good with the other batmobiles! Hard to see it with the fin once you’ve seen it without, lol.
DUDE. So much better! You did a bang up job!
Thank you, Blacky!!
Hell yeah bro I knew you wouldn’t be able to resist the urge to customize this thing entirely! 😂 I’ve always been a huge fan of the Forever Batmobile. Idk why but something about it with those neon blue lights coming out of the vents with its really sharp silhouette was always incredibly striking to me. Turned out beautiful as always 👏🏼
Thank you, dude!! Haha, yeah I was lying to myself. Ended up having a lot of fun with this one. Waaaaay less of a headache to mess with than the 89, haha. Thanks as always for watching!
great work as always, im so happy mcfarlane is making toys from these old movies even if they are imperfect love your videos
Thanks, Danny! Yeah, me too. It’s so cool that they’re coming out when we’re at an age where we can really appreciate them, too. Haha.
That’s brilliant, looks realistic.
Thank you, sir!
Very nice.
A heatgun will soften the LED's in the panels if you don't want to risk breaking them.
I don't think you need the black plastic inserts. It's just to collect the wires. So tape can resolve that.
Glad you solved the Headlights issue because I didn't see a great way to wire it. I'll try that myself.
I hope someone tries just replace the board altogether because the wiring is so simple that an arduino could open up a whole world.
Thanks! Yeah heat helps with a lot. I heated up the grille area as I was cutting it. Applying heat ti soften parts is a big part of customizing action figures.
Another fire custom. I'll definitely be doing this to mine. I look forward to the Val Kilmer batman. I want to do one mezco style
Thanks man! Yeah I’d love to do one in mezco style eventually, too.
This is amazing! It looks so much better and screen accurate
Thank you, Brandon! I'm much happier now when I look at it, lol.
@Ibrahim_M man if I could afford one I would do the exact same. The original lights really bothered me about this. The lights toy put in and plus the head lights were a perfect touch.
@@Brandon240Ferguson Thank you, man! It's cool because with the 89 it needed SO much work. this one, much less to get it to look more accurate just sitting there.
Great work!! Million times better!
Thanks so much! 🙏🏼
I had zero interest in this one until I saw how you fixed it. Incredible work.
Thanks very much! It made me care a lot more about it, too, haha.
Giger actually did a concept for this car but it was waaaay over the top. The designers took inspiration in his work to design the final forever bat.
Yeah, to me, this is always gonna be a Giger’s Batmobile, even though his scissor design Batmobile was not used.
Yeah they mentioned that in the documentary I was talking about- it’s so funny how they didn’t really get what they wanted from him, so they just had to imitate what they thought he was gonna do 😂
Mines here in the box and I’m considering ordering everything you linked and following your recipe.
It's really worth it! I was surprised at how smooth it all went-- usually there's some underlying problem I couldn't have foreseen, but this was all straight forward. Just a little tedious!
Bro, that's an awesome job! The batmobile should've come like this in the first place. You got to make a Part 3 max it out! Add tail lights and light up that jet engine I'm sure everyone will enjoy. Also turn those wheels bluer. I'm pumped now! Thanks for the video.
Thank you, Darius! This one didn't have tail lights, and the speaker for the sounds is in the afterburner, so no room to rig something up. The wheels are pretty accurate-- it's the lights I added that should be a little less blue, haha
@Ibrahim_M You really got me inspired for the car now. I can't wait to get mine.
Lmao as soon as I heard you say “I’m not gonna do it…” I knew you were gonna do it!!! Hahaha it looks beyond awesome brother great stuff as always!
😂😂😂 thank you, my brother!! Famous last words- I knew I was lying to myself, haha. Appreciate you watching, bro! 🙏🏼
Excellent work!
Thanks very much!
Just like the 89 batmobile you did, that looks amazing mate 👍, I only sprayed my 2nd 89 one
Thank you, sir! Now that I've seen the Jazzinc 89, I want to go back and tint the wheels on mine to be more bronze, lol
I would like to get the upgrade kits for the 89 batmobile, atleast I know I wouldn't ruin it 😂
oh man that looks so fucking sick, dude. great work. Can't wait to see the batman
Thank you bro! I’m pumped to get him finished!
Man... I am not confident enough to even attempt all this, and I'm still waiting for my Batmobile to be shipped from BBTS and I'm only hoping that by the time it arrives that I have completely forgotten how your customize Batmobile looks.
This thing is just next level now, we'll done.
And now i can never allow myself to watch this video again.... ever.
😂🙏🏼!! Thanks dude! Honestly this thing looks pretty good straight out of the box, I'm just an obsessive about this kind of stuff, lol. But this one is a really good one to try some small stuff to first and see how it feels! Maybe start with the step pads (I just cut them out with scissors and attached them with double-stick tape.
It's very well done, really.
Very cool. Nice work.
Thanks very much!
Great custom homie
Thank you, dude! 🙏🏼🙌🏼
This is incredible. As always, setting the standard for Batmobile customs on TH-cam! So splicing the blue LEDs into the existing power worked? Where did you make the connections?
Thank you very much! it did, yes! I was relieved, lol. I spliced them in where I disconnected the existing lights that were inserted into the clear side panels. They're all just 2 wires, +/-, so all you have to do is match the correct charge, twist them together, and use some electrical tape or shrink tubing to secure them. Super easy, just a little tedious!
@@Ibrahim_M wow, that's such a straightforward fix, thanks so much for explaining! I'm 100% gonna try exactly what you did here and this was the only part I was unsure about. Can't wait to get my Batmobile in! Thanks again for sharing all this man
@@TwoTown You're very welcome, man! Thanks so much. I hope you have a good time tricking yours out!
Bad ass custom 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you, dude!🙏🏼
So cool! You did an amazing job on it! 😍
Thank you, Mython!!
You can use silver aluminum tape to reflect the light throughout the sides of the car.
You probably could, yes!
Wow dude, amazing!
Thank you my brother!
Looks great 👍
Thanks, Jason! 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Oh! Oh my 😻
🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼!!
Awesome work
Thank you very much!
Ho wow, you’ve pushed it to a whole another level! It looks darn good. Do you know if adding an extra wing would be hard to do?
Thanks very much! Yeah, It would be a big challenge. It's possible, but it would take a lot of trail and error and tedious cutting and sanding.
One funky thing I realized while watching this video is that unlike the Batman 89 Batmobile, this one has no taillights. But apparently that's screen accurate. I think the Batman 66 Batmobile didn't have them either. 🤔
Yeah, I think the 89 and the Pattinson are the only batmobiles with tail lights!
I pray ramen toy makes something like this because this is out of this world.
Thank you! That would be really cool if they did. I know they watch my videos, so maybe this will give them some ideas 🙌🏼
uhhh you should have done the inside... lol j/k. Did you add a wash to the rear turbine too? Also, I'm not sure if you have used rub n buff, but that works well with adding detail to areas like those side panels. Lastly did you possibly think about adding a rear light to the turbine? Thanks for sharing!
😂😂😂 I forgot to mention that I hit the rear afterburner with a little tint spray as well. But the screen used one wasn’t really weathered at all from what I could tell so I went with that. I didn’t try adding any lighting to it because the speaker is housed in there, so there’s not much room. I think it’s possible, but it would’ve added a lot more work and I was worried about how much I’m putting on the battery pack as it is, haha
Looks great. It just shows with a little more detail Mcfarlane could make these so much more movie accurate. How did you attach the grille?
Thanks! Yeah I really love how a bit of TLC can really get these things to look like high end collectibles. I forgot to mention attaching the grille! I hot glued it in place. If I had cut it a little differently tension would have held it, but I cut a bit too much off for that to work, haha.
i was waiting for this video :) you really did a great job. it was already nice as is but f*ck this thing is amazing with the modification. i think i will do the front when i get mine.
Thanks very much, dude! Haha, you knew I wasn't going to be able to let it go. The front grille is pretty painless and really levels it up!
Dude so awesome
Thank you, man!!
Seems like a grind and a half
Haha, it is. But I’ve been (Nipsey Hustle voice) *GRINDING ALL MY LIFE* 😂
Well done, I planned on doing the same thing with white lights weaved along the ribs because white is screen accurate if McFarlane toy store will ever ship my damn batmobile it's been on "label created" for 14 days now and they just say the labels are printed in advance for expedited shipping but 14 days doesn't seem very expedited to me, so they got this week and I'm cancelling my order!
Thanks! Aw man, that's super frustrating. I hate being in shipping limbo. I hope it gets to you soon!
@@Ibrahim_M I was actually debating on painting the glow in the dark pieces and lighting that version instead and cancelling the Alfred one because I planned on using the Mattel Batman forever figure and Alfred for this batmobile anyway plus I don't like the lights or blinking and the sounds suck!
@@scottmcclary594 YEah, you could absolutely do that! There's a great lighting website I like to use called Evan Designs, and they have all kinds of kits and battery packs. the lighting is super simple; if you get one of the battery holders from them you can hook any 3 volt lights up to it. All you have to do it twist the ends together (+ to + and - to -). evandesigns.com/products/aa-holder-with-switch?_pos=3&_fid=fbe842895&_ss=c
I want to see you make be ramen racer Way better than it already is the route putting another one up in September triple black with the fire effects
Thanks! Those look really amazing already, I'm not sure what I would do to it, haha. But I did actually customize an old RC Dodge Charger for my Blade figure a few years ago-- one of my first videos here on the channel!
Val is my favorite batman
He was one of the best, imo!
Dope 🔥
Thank you, sir!
I honestly think McFarlane is doing this on purpose with everyone of their vehicles… just not making them quite right
Macfarlane never gets anything quite right, even on the figures!
LOL it's starting to feel that way! I know some of it is due to cost/mass production.
@@Ibrahim_M The one that personally pees me off is the Knightfall Batman, fantastic scupt but colours all wrong - blue & grey far too light & no silver claws!
Ha ha! I knew this was coming!
LOL I couldn't resist!!
Hey, is does the wheel on this car not roll as smooth as I thought?
Yknow, I don’t think I have rolled this thing at all 😂 which is weird to say because it’s a car, lol. I’ll roll it next time I’m with it and if there’s anything weird about it I’ll reply here again 🤜🤛
Awsome work bro you didn't show us the inside how lit up it is since the make over we want too see the inside
Thanks, Carlos! Lol now that you mention it, I didn't even look inside at all to see what it looks like now 😂 When I post the Panther suit batman custom I'll show the inside!
@@Ibrahim_M yes sir 💯
edited bc everybody already said the obvious :P Great video as always!
Haha, thanks, Sebastian! I appreciate you, dude!
I hate that they never make the cars with front steering
That would be cool. It’s possible to do it ourselves but it takes a lot of work.
👏👏👏
Thank you, Paul!
😂😂😂
LOL You know I had to do it!
Nothing on you but, that car model looks terrible. The model kit looks better. I also modified the model as well.
Oh man, here I was enjoying it like a sap- Thanks for letting us know that it sucks.
Why are you complaining so much in this video? If you’re not interested in audience engagement or feedback, then don’t complain when people stop watching or interacting with your work. In the first five minutes, you dismiss comments suggesting how you could’ve done things differently, yet somehow it bothers you when people don’t give you credit for recreating your work. This comes across as contradictory and makes it hard to sympathize.
You started the video complaining, and ended it on the same negative note. This community doesn’t need constant whining. Be more appreciative of your audience, without them, you wouldn’t even have a career as a comic book artist or a TH-camr. Your viewers are the reason you have any platform at all, and constantly complaining is only going to drive them away. The world doesn’t revolve around you. It's time to grow up and show some gratitude.
I’m sorry that you’re so triggered by me drawing some guidelines here. I respond to every one who comments on my videos (a form of gratitude and community engagement, you see), and so I like to let people know that there are certain kinds of comments that aren’t productive for me or them. You don’t know the kinds of comments I received in previous videos; this is me setting some parameters for my own channel. I’m not doing it for you, so you don’t need to be so invested in it. You may have to eat whatever is served to you in your professional life, but I don’t have to in mine, and that’s something I’m grateful for.
Folks with your mindset think that it’s negative to stand up for oneself, and that creative people have to just smile and give thanks to people who don’t act right. I’m sorry you feel that way. It’s never been my practice to “shut up and dribble”, and it’s worked out very well for me. Don’t presume to tell me about my career, you know nothing about it or my field of work. Or maybe you just don’t like getting credit for the work you do at your job, idk. Anyway, THANK YOU SO MUCH for watching.
@@Ibrahim_M No one’s “triggered” by your guidelines. The issue is your constant dismissal of feedback, which demonstrates a sense of entitlement. You claim to appreciate your audience, but when you immediately shut down suggestions or criticism, it becomes clear that what you really want is blind praise. If you're not interested in what people have to say, then don’t pretend to be. Just don’t expect anyone to stick around when they realize you're only interested in stroking your own ego.
You also seem to take any form of feedback as a personal attack. It’s not “negative” to point out that you’re coming off as ungrateful and overly defensive. When you put content out in a public forum, feedback, positive or negative, is part of the deal. If you can’t handle it, maybe reconsider your platform. No one’s asking you to “shut up and dribble,” but if you think you’re above hearing from the people who helped build your career, then that says a lot about your character.
Your sarcasm with “THANK YOU SO MUCH for watching” adds another layer of your self-centered attitude. If you really cared about your audience, you’d be able to engage with feedback in a productive way instead of instantly shooting it down. Maybe take a moment to consider that the problem isn’t with the comments or the community, but with the way you choose to respond to them. At this rate, the only thing you’ll succeed in driving away is the very audience you claim to care about, idk. Anyways, HAVE A BEAUTIFUL REST OF YOUR DYING CAREER FAILED ARTIST IBRAHIM MOUSTAFA.😀
Hi, I would like to know if you can customize the Batmobile from the 1966 Batman series. It would be great, greetings.
I have the Mattel 1/12 version but it's pretty great as they made it, so I don't really feel like it needs any work, I'm afraid! IT's very nicely detailed. Thanks for asking!
Nice Upgrade, better then before. I still work on my Raven from M.A.S.K. btw nice shirt bro
Thank you, dude! How’s the Raven coming along?
@@Ibrahim_M Gettin there, I can send you some pics when I done :) No Problem
Amazing work!!!!
Thank you very much!!
