    😂 There's absolutely no way any pro athlete does this routine either off season or on season.
    It's hilarious and an embarrassment to all of the people who put their name to this video, in particular Tom Brady 😂

      I have heard several NFL players that went to TB12 with Tom say it was a joke. Tom talked them into going and they all said there was nothing of benefit being done there.

      Believe it or not but it actually is. Tom himself has talked about it several times

    • @PLUTOXGOAT
      @PLUTOXGOAT 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@upholstery1995yeah, it works muscle endurance without bulk, but also smaller muscles you might not target with weights and due to bands having not as much resistance as weights, to failure means more stimulus. The bands also work or challenge resistance at different angles and positions you might not get with weights. It looks silly but youd be suprised how beneficial this kind of training is

    • @PLUTOXGOAT
      @PLUTOXGOAT 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@upholstery1995 No, with resistance bands, due to the stretch of the band, it's challenging in different points of the exercise, I.e you have to be more stable at the top of the exercise as the band has been stretched further, where as with weights you can almost rest at the top. Cable machines are a bad example cause they're one dimensional, they have a fixed pattern of movement, resistance bands do not
      Secondly, you've misunderstood what I said, I meant you need to go to failure with bands to get a greater challenge as the resistance isn't as high as general barbells or dumbbells etc. Obviously this depends on what your training for of course
      And keep in mind a key purpose of Bradys training is "Pliability" and also injury prevention, which is heavily linked. Resistance bands don't put your joints or spine under any significant amount of pressure

    This blows my mind. There is literally nothing athletic about any of these movements. There is little to no resistance, zero full body movements and athletes likely don’t need to go to failure. These are retirement home exercises to loosen joints.
