I’ve found that cream cheese folded into softly whipped cream yields a sturdy, smooth, and lighter frosting and cheesecake-like taste. Be sure to try that!
That sounds delicious! These cupcakes aren't to sweet so I love the pairing of cream cheese frosting but for something super sweet that sounds like such a great idea 😊

I made these today, but for some reason they kept coming out cracked on the top. I think the temperature it too high and maybe put it on 350 for 20 minutes would be a better choice.

Countdown have it in tins in the international section but it’s quite pricey so it may be better to make your own 😊
