I believe if you upload 80% of your design limit or tier number and have enough sales, you get tiered up. So if you are in tier 100 and have 80 designs uploaded and have at least 100 sales, you'll get tiered up to the next level. At least this has been my experience.
Another great video Zen, I'm on Amazon tier 100 (45 sales so far) and I hope to get to tier 500 soon. I keep my prices low in order to try get out tier 10, 25, 100 quicker so i agree with your point on this. I'm planning to up my prices when at level 500 coz that gives me more space for more designs to upload on Amazon, it's tempting to up prices but I kept my policy to low prices when in low tiers (10, 25,100) coz i think tier 500 is decent level to up prices slightly then up more at tier 1000 coz don't want to chase sales away by upping price hike to soon, hope it works out the way i planned. - patience is key i feel but time will tell as they say.

Im a begginer artist and i think i gave a good idea for some starter POD stuff thats pretty unique but i keep thinking about the marketing and getting everything out there and its scary! Do you know if theres anything i could use to do the marketing side for a commission of sales or something?
Yes it really depends on what platform you are using. I do find that Redbubble and Displate market their products well, so I wouldn't worry about promotion - I would spend my time uploading uploading uploading. Let the company promote. Google your niche (like Google "Funny Plumber T-Shirt") and see the results. That is all the company. Just put good keywords in your descriptions and tags and let Google do it's thing!

Yeah I’ve been on 500 for a long time simply for the fact that I’m struggling to fill all my slots. Made the sales to tier up but working on filling those 500 slots. Used to be easier to tier up. But that’s ok, I like their set up now

I built my own t-shirt store and everything and thought it would be enough to get approved, but I was denied the first time. I have a background in graphic design and e-commerce so I was really upset! I have heard of people reapplying but not sure if they are using the same info just changing the email address and stuff.
It is an incredibly frustrating experience (I believe that the process is mostly run by "bots", which are incredibly stupid). I would say try with the same email and if you are rejected again, try with a different email. With G Mail, you can add a period in your email address and trick the dumb bots into thinking it is a completely new email address. I wish you luck!!
Yes I can relate, I think I am in year 3 or 4 now on Amazon and it took a while to get out of Tier 10 purgatory. You are doing something right! You could always email them and ask them to review, they might bump you up a tier!

That's how long it took me to get out of the 10 tier. Ten designs just isn't enough to get sales. They should start sellers at atleast 25.
