Please make sure that you check the licence before the download. If you are outside of USA, the copyright laws in your country might be slightly different than the ones in the US.
You can start your checks on Wikipedia, List of countries' copyright lengths: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries%27_copyright_lengths
Please always make sure to do your 'Due Dilligence', before downloading any images from internet with intention for commercial use. I would suggest to search for legal advice, as I am not a lawyer, so I cannot really say that you are with your legal rights to use these works.
Alternatively, I can recommend a great book from Amazon, which explains in easy to understand language laws behind Public Domain & Creative Commons, written by a lawyer, published by an established Publishing House, well worth the money and your time, especially if you are planning to build a long term business:
