And we had all been waiting for that! However, it appears that the wait was for naught. Yes, unfortunately, you heard it right. We had all been looking forward to seeing #sydneymclaughlin make history in the 400m flat, after owning the 400m hurdles for years!
Sadly, though, we wouldn’t be seeing that anytime soon. To be fair, Sydney had been looking forward to running in the #trackandfield 400m in Budapest, too. It’s just that she has to prioritize her health, which everyone understands, for sure. After all, she can still prove to the world that she’s strong enough to compete, and win, in different events, even after deciding to sit out the World’s.
And since we wouldn’t be seeing her run in Budapest, after looking forward to it for months, let’s take a look at Sydney's races this year and try to decide if she could’ve won in Budapest if Sydney McLaughlin Levrone didn’t decide to withdraw from the event.

Great athlete!! She deserves to be recognized for all her accomplishments!!! I will never understand why people are quick to try and discredit others!! I love watching her compete!!! I’m looking forward to seeing her in Paris!! May God bless her !😊
She is a great athlete, strong in her faith, now she is a married woman. She fears no man/woman can't won't because she don't have to lie. She would proudly announce her pregnancy if that was the case. There was no transitional period from 400m hurdles to 400 meters. She literally jumped and ran from event to event. She said I'm injured and that's what it is. She's going to be the 1st Olympic athlete to win gold in both 400m hurdle and 400m in the same Olympics. it would require a superior athlete to be healthy 100%. God bless in a speedy recovery Sydney.

Sydney McLaughlin is sitting out of a major championship, after breaking many records, mostly her own and everyone is silent. SUSPECT! Don't sleep on this trackies.
We can sniff a cover up as someone may have signalled to avoid this one due to the testing regimes in place. Let's not forget her trainer is Flo Jo's. She got away with 2 WR in the Cold War era that are suspicious to this day.....Watch that space.....
In addition to this year's World Championship, she missed so many Diamond League events. The reason? Overload of PED'S in her system and her handlers fear she will be caught. Lucky for Sydney, drug US testing authorities would be more then happy to cover for her for the right price.
BTW, Sydney's trainer is none other than the infamous Bobby "the chemist" Kersee who among his doping athletes whose WR's are still standing since the 80's were Flo Jo and Jackie Joiner Kersee.
Only a gullible person would actually believe that Sydney McLaughlin is not doping.
My guess, Sydney will be at the Olympics next year. She would follow the same routine: Bobby gets yer the right combo of PED'S and MA's (masking agents) then a few months before the big events, she stops and starts withdrawal to clear her system. Just in time to break another WR. And this is how Bobby Kersee's athletes were able to break WR's held by serial doping Soviet and East German athletes.

She set (and still holds) the world youth and world junior records at the 2016 Olympic Trials and was the youngest member to qualify for the team at the age of 16. She then went on to break the NCAA collegiate record. *All of this was before Bob Kersee.* At the age of 20, she was 0.07 seconds shy of gold and the WR at 2019 Worlds. She continued to improve and without surprise, she broke the WR. The progress in her performance is trackable. Also, Allyson Felix was coached by Bob her entire career and was a part of USADA's Project Believe. Athing Mu, who is also an Olympic champion coached by Bob, is present for this year's Worlds. Despite you believing that Sydney's more muscular/juiced (she really isn't), none of your conspiracies check out. Just cheer up and appreciate her greatness.

I know when I was pregnant I didn’t announce to my friends and family until 37 weeks. I wanted to make sure that I really wanted it. I’m glad that decided to have it.

Although hoping for the best and appreciating all her performances, this just seems a bit suspect. I did not see any instability or wavering in her on-track performances. So could be legit but seems very strange. I also do not trust her coach at all.
Sydney's past has demonstrated her incredible abilities as she has been running since she was 6 years old. She doesn't need anything other than effective training. Kersee is Allyson Felix's coach, which explains her decision since she has always admired her!

They call him Bobby The Chemist for a reason. Any athlete associated with him should be suspected of doping. BTW, the WR's of Flo Jo, JJK and Sydney McLaughlin may not be broken for decades to come. Sydney is 100% on PED'S and MA's.

She lost too much weight = less strength. Eating disorders are likely in track and field, and being at your top is highly difficult to maintain, fragile, and can easily backfire if taken too far. I.e. see Sydney. Hope she recovers! ❤
How in the hell can a gold medal track athlete have an eating disorder. You just say anything out of your mouth. You have to eat to perfection to get your body to perform like these athletes. #2 Paulino is a better 400m runner than Sydney#3 the longer the distance the more skinny you need to be.#4 Strength in running means the ability to "hold" top speed longer.
