kingoscar there are fossil fuel plants that generate electricity, that makes the power conversion from fuel to electricity and then to the car moving verrrrry bad. Saying that that specific amount of energy is generated by renewable sources so it isn’ t bad is really dumb. That amount of electricity could replace the electricity generated by the polluting generators, so yea electric cars fck the climate worse then normal cars.

Do you even know the difference between fastest and quickest? Im agree the new roadster is the quickest 0-60 in 1,9 for the base version and 1/4 mile under 8 or 9 sec, but the Chiron super sport still holds the record of the fastest car by htting 304 Mph, the roadster estimated 250mph or more
@@vaillante7667 Sure. But it was a modified Chiron without anything inside it other than the pilot seat. A normally produced line model Chiron goes just about 260 mph. Roaster will get a rocket added boost acceleration in higher versions plus updated triple motors. And that without even considering the price which will be just about 10% or less of that of the Bugatti Chiron. Imagine the same $3 million budget on a Tesla.

I would imagine that the Model S is going to be the fastest, but when you’re going 0-60, who knows, it depends upon how fast 💨 the driver pushes the pedal.
So technically, this is not a ‘Which Tesla is the fastest’ video, but a ‘Who is the fastest at pushing pedals video’.

All this made me realise was how much better the 2022 Roadster is to the original.

Rdsonline they are called motors normally. Engines usually refer to combustion or reciprocating devices.

We traveled to Boca Chica to the the starshing get built. & we got the S dual motor fsd last Christmas 🎄 😎 still have the cybertruck tri motor or 4 motor fsd on order, i got lots of solar & backup battery system to charge them both. love tsla stock

It has better aero. Despite having a worse drag coefficient, it has a lot less surface area

It's older technology, the newer Tesla's have have much more juice along with bigger motors, the 2020 roadster will be the fastest though, with a 0-60mph time of 1.9 seconds.

But the new Tesla Roadster, which isn't out yet, is expected to be the fastest production vehicle ever, with a 0-60 time of 1.9 seconds, again, not the car in this video, the roadster in this video is older and no longer in production.

Now you have to do it with the Tesla Roadster 2020... that does 0 to 60 mph (0 to 100 kph) in 1.9 sec and goes at 250 mph (400 kph)

Thanks for the info! I think there’s only a few reasons why I like the s over the 3. One is more space although this is also a negative as the larger size can be an issue, especially here in the Uk.
I also prefer the look of the S, especially from the front.
The only other advantage I can think of is the air suspension although not sure how much better that is?
But yes I’m definitely getting swayed into buying a p3 instead of an S 75d.

Model X P100D: 2.9 Seconds
Model 3: Performance: 3.3 Seconds
2010 roadster: 3.7 seconds
My Yamaha R15 takes 9.8 sec for 0 to 60
my cousins citroen ds5 takes 15s to 60mph
My Mitsubishi Lancer can do 8.5 Seconds to 60 mph and it tops out at 135 mph
