    so recap here Note to Self
    listen to the lecture in person or recorded
    write questions about one question per slide more like 3-5 then
    when you are done after a few hours go back and answer all the questions first pls do them before you go to bed
    write them down then cross-check to make sure the answers you wrote down are correct
    correct any wrong answers and you are done move on to the next topic. you will have to review tables separately so you don't have too many questions about that table in the chapter question
    this is where spaced repetition comes in if you have any exam in a week which you know you do review the question at least 2 more time before your quiz and 3 more times before your exam and wishing you the very best Enny

    hello, I started following you today, and I love you recommendations. I have a few questions, hopefully you can guide me.
    what do you recommend if my pathophysiology class is online, we do get power points, study questions, and chapters from the book to read, as well as modules to do on mylab for extra practice questions, but we don't get no lecture videos from the professor. I also have to use read aloud, since it's hard for me to read and retain information, so I use read aloud and follow along. Should I play 2-3 paragraphs and then answer the questions that she gave us at the end, or as I'm listening to the read aloud? There is a youtube lectures from the book we use in my class, and after taking my first exam, it seems like those would be helpful as well.

  • @ruaosama1378
    @ruaosama1378 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hello, thank you for the video💞. I have one confusion though, I can't seem to use the information I got with active recall to be able to answer clinical based medical questions well. I get very confused as I don't know how to apply the concepts that I've learned. Do you have any advice on that? Also thank you again for the video, I've been doing really really good in med uni eversince I applied your method.

    • @Dr.Nellah
      @Dr.Nellah  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That means maybe you’re not understanding the concepts overall. Maybe try teaching or explaining to someone what you’ve learnt. Because if you understand the mechanism then you should be able to apply to clinical questions.

      Using a spaced repetition method/leitner method. Usually if I make questions in quizlet app there’s an algorithm already built it so you only repeat the Qs you get wrong more often :)
