Quick question Jade….Would catching the ball as you’re squatting down be more energy efficient? Since you’re carrying it ball less? I’m assuming that’s allowed. If so I would imagine it’ll save tons of energy catching it on the way down therefore carrying it less.
Watching video after struggling with the skill aspect at Glasgow at weekend (1st Hyrox) Would say that hand out to rig not same as wall, because of the overhang. I had to take a further step back and throw it out.
