Pink young lady was lucky to get that place for $500. The owner doesn't gouge like other landlords. She was smart to have asked for permanent live in rent after an Airbib experience. If I was young like these 2, I'd live in a tiny place.
The way she has her apartment set up is perfect and even allows her to have a cat. By the way, gorgeous cat! Mini kitchen and bathroom for $500 in NYC is excellent! Maybe a better front door for better security.
If I were her I would never go for a sturdy front door with a nice window that'll allow for some natural light in there. But yeah, she's doing pretty well :)

When I lived in New York, I had a friend who got bored at work one day and posted an ad on Craigslist for subletting a spot under her dining table. She got hilariously earnest responses inquiring about seeing it right away.
I know her apartment is tiny, but with some upgrades the space could be really functional. For example she could get a couch bunkbed and then be able to have a small entertainment stand on the wall and a little kitchen hightop table. The kitchen could just be a cabinet on top and a counter on the bottom, and ask if a water line could be put in for a sink. Then her clothes could go in a slim wide ward-drobe & she could utilize the front door and window for more light. I would rather live in her space then than ambulance any day.
Love the amb.. everything’s so thought out! Side note.. I have a dog, and I would not have brought my dog in there with me to jump around on his things, I thought that was rude
I need more people like him in my life, he is inspiring. Damn, I need to be more like him in the proactivity levels. And about the first apartment, I love that she is so lovely and kind, and resourceful. Humble in a way she recognizes how limited her space is, and made the best out of it, like he did. They are both extremely similar. The color of the ambulance is sick I love it and I mean this is kismet almost. She's into pink, him blue, they are both sweet looking and kind.. It's lïke someway the universe put them together at least here. They should meet. And I loved his neighborhood new lady friend. She's cool. And yeah my thoughts are everywhere. Bye.
that 500$ apartment was suprisingly spacious, most apartments i'd think of at that price range would have the bed above with a ladder going to it and a bathroom across the hall shared with 2-3 people
What a cool video! Thanks. The last few seconds were the absolute best. The lady was duly impressed AND she found peanut butter, 😂 What a great and genuine reaction.
Omg the ambulance is AMAZING well done Eli! I would pay to spend the night in there. When the lady was having a look at th end and let her dog jump onto his sofa I'm thinking seriously u not even gonna tell your dog to get down that rude. And I do like animals but I don't like them on couches and beds especially when u don't even live there 😂
Love how she organized the space. Question though… is it legal? At first, I didn’t see any windows until the bathroom footage but come to find out the bathroom window leads to the garage 🤦🏻♀️

totally, I would have been upset about the dogs haha!
That prayer is for me too, similar situation, thank you.

Amen!
Not gonna lie, it's like the perfect living space for my introverted self 😂😂 And for $500 in NYC?! Hella steal
It's $2500 a month to live in metro Atlanta. And it's $1200 a month to live outside Atlanta in Georgia...... business is playing with people....and that's why it seems like society is getting crazier too lol cost of living is sketchy and folks aren't even making enough every week
💯
She makes her apartment work perfectly for herself!!!
Sis did that she understood every inch needed to be functional af 💖👏🏾☺️
The ambulance guy should just design and outfit live in vans and such. He is so good at it.
Not a bad idea 🤔.
I am impressed a young guy like him who is not a handy man can do all these by himself in 6 months
The dude's "caravan" is really well made, girl's apartment cozy too :)
Both managed to find a way to make it work for them and seem happy. That's all that matters!
Love this guy's extraordinary work with the ambulance.
Love the amb.. everything’s so thought out! Side note.. I have a dog, and I would not have brought my dog in there with me to jump around on his things, I thought that was rude
Me too I wasn't impressed I'm sitting thinking are you serious get that dog off the guys sofa 😂
The creativity of these people is actually inspirational.
That young lady is more self sufficient than most people I’ve met. The guy in the ambulance is so organized and clean. Yup, not I.

How bruh
@@capybara9521 YOU'RE OBVIOUSLY mentally challenged
Yeah he is. I was like "Lady get ur dog's dirty feet off of his couch pillows!!" but she didn't hear me.
Great build! I also noted and smiled over your frequent use of "situation", as in "my desk situation". That's the English teacher in me.
Bye.
that 500$ apartment was suprisingly spacious, most apartments i'd think of at that price range would have the bed above with a ladder going to it and a bathroom across the hall shared with 2-3 people
She's super chill .. Nice Cat 🐈. Let's Go Yankees !!
What a cool video! Thanks. The last few seconds were the absolute best. The lady was duly impressed AND she found peanut butter, 😂 What a great and genuine reaction.
That ambulance is super fire. Looks very spacious
Omg the ambulance is AMAZING well done Eli! I would pay to spend the night in there. When the lady was having a look at th end and let her dog jump onto his sofa I'm thinking seriously u not even gonna tell your dog to get down that rude. And I do like animals but I don't like them on couches and beds especially when u don't even live there 😂
What a fantastic video all the living spaces you visit are so interesting 🤔 the ambulance takes the cake
Love how she organized the space. Question though… is it legal? At first, I didn’t see any windows until the bathroom footage but come to find out the bathroom window leads to the garage 🤦🏻♀️
This video finally helped me make my final decision on moving to New York. Due to the girl. I love her place and price. 💕
Caleb is on the grind!!!!! Lets go boy!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
💪
These 2 are my favorite! Pink 💗 & Ambulance 🚑
I would immediately move to NYC if I could get an apartment like that, for $500.
That ambulance is fantastic. Props to the young woman who has made her tiny apartment work for her. Only in New York can a room be passed off as an 'apartment' though. Those landlords I tell ya....
best small apartment i've seen in new york for that price, full bath, windows, enough room to feel comfy, actually pretty nice
COME ON YOU SPURS
