All purpose seasoning salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and a hint of cayenne pepper... for some heat 🔥. Herbes de Provence can be added too. I cook mine on the chicken setting in my Cosori 5.5 and they come out perfectly. I normally make a dipping using bbq, ketchup, hoisin and Nandos mild sauce.... And a hint of black pepper
They look fantastic. I use a Ninja Dual zone. I watched you do the whole chickens & now I never do them any other way. I did also get a rack so I have two tiers to cook things on so I can do 12 wings on one side and chips on the other. Have you tried the racks? Love watching your vids and trying them out for myself.
