I just found your channel. I live in Seattle and this is gonna really help me when I come down and visit. I like how you talk about various differences in regional Mexican food styles. This is perfect because I'm not really a fan of eating in hotels, so I'm trying some of these other places.

Great video Jorge! Now on my next visit I have to do a Birria tour. If you haven’t been I’ll recommend a place I visited in August on my last trip. Los Arcos Birrieria y Taco Shop, on Maryland Pky. OMG was the their Birria awesome. I had both the goat 1 and beef 2 tacos in the combo plate. Next time it’s goat 2 FTW, it was off the charts delicious. And yes horchata is a must, unless they have a special like that pineapple drink. Thanks for the other locations to try.

I know you are looking for more touristy places, but if you got to lake mead and walnut street, right outside of el firme night club, you will find a food truck that has the best birria tacos in all of vegas. Check them out and tell my I'm wrong.

Hey man, what advice do you have to help my bf get into bartending on the strip. We moved out here from Tx and he has a lot of experience and knowledge as he has bar backed and bartended. But it’s a lil complex out here :/
I'd say go old school with resume in hand and go bars on the strip Tuesday-thursday 2-4pm also look on indeed
I live in the SF bay area. We have a large Mexican present, but the birria I've had has been quite bland. The next time I come to Vegas, will definitely try one of those locations. I'm also looking for blackened ahi tuna tacos. Had some in Denver and they knocked my socks off. If you know of a joint that does blackened ahi tacos, let me know. Btw, I did a burger run of the joints you hit two years ago. I found Bar Code to be the best. Wasn't that crazy about Fuku.
We got some good birria spots here bro! Some kinda whatever. Not sure about the Ahi tacos but i hear really good things about Bajamar. Also yes, Barcode doesn't really miss with their menu items!

I work at a Las Vegas Police Department I love the smell of the cilantro it's never tasted like soap but it just gives me really bad heartburn it sucks cuz I love Mexican food and you can't have it without having cilantro
So I’m here at the 3700 E Charleston location. I ordered 3 quesa Birria tacos for $4,75 each and I tried ordering the piña drink but they said they only serve jarritos and sodas no agua de piña. So we’ll see how this goes.
Birria El Compa doesn't have Piña water. You're confusing it with the food truck Dimas

Yes, I am one of them with the "soapy cilantro gene" my wife is Mexican and she loves it but it tastes like the cheap thin white bars of soap you would use when camping to me. It's the worst when it gets stuck in your teeth!
