Wow. 5 Star rating with respect to everything. The way you show how all the parts come together, in an actual project. The way you deliberately leave some small mistakes you make, that will typically happen, and show how to fix them. The way you first show how it's done, and then take a step back to explain the bigger picture behind it - literally, by literally drawing a picture of how everything is connected in Opentoonz. For my taste, your tutorial has the perfect combination of assuming a certain amount of basics on the one hand, which would make the video too long and tedious to explain every time - and yet pointing out all the crucial steps in excellent clarity. It's quite a bit of work to plan and put an animation like this together - and it is a lot of work on top of it, to explain it in such a clear a way that allows viewers to learn and make use of all your insights. Thank you so much for sharing ....
Thank You so much for the review..... takes a lot of time to make it, besides my work time. So please share my videos. So I can make more. Thanks again :)
Great tutorial man! To help you with the peg animation, if you want to see the peg in the xsheet you can create an empty layer (column) and parent the things you want to that empty column. That way you can animate that empty column and it will work the same as a peg. Hope it helps.
THANK YOU for this valuable lesson. I appreciate you leaving the "faults" in and describing your solutions. without it, I'd be lost. BIG THUMBS UP for your tutalidge! please keep them coming!
Your OpenToonz skill is amazing! I am looking forward to more showcase of your OpenToonz usage so that I can learn from you. Keep the tutorial flowing and thank you very much for your wonderful work Debraj!
Respect bhai respect in 2021...amazing skills and imagination. Just one feedback, instead of making the gunpowder line disappear, you should replace it with smoke. burning gun powder may leave a smoking trail. i am sure from 2017 by now you must have created many such amazing scenes.
I was looking for this and finally I find yr chennal. Thanks a lot.can you make these videos in hindi language it will be more easy for me and for other hindis but it is also best to
Nice! - quick question, I'm just getting into animation and Opentoonz and so far have been using Affinity Designer to make my static cartoons. Do you think I should keep using AD to make multiple frames (then import them into OT), or should I design them from scratch in OT?
This was such a helpful tutorial! Thank you so much!!! I was starting to wonder if advanced OpenToonz tutorials even existed on TH-cam, and then I found this and my hope was restored! Thank you again for this amazing tutorial!!!
Excellent!! This is one of my first exposures to Open Toonz. It looks to be a very powerful tool. Your tutorial style is wonderful. Can't wait to see more from you.
Great video. Does OpenToonz support hand drawn animation like Studio Ghibli? lets say that I hand drawn something, can my drawings be scanned into this program and then be animated?
Of course opentoonz is better. But flash is widely used software. But in the other hand opentoonz crushes a lot. But opentoonz is free. So its up to you to decide.

Go into the schematic view (stage schematics) and inside just drag out the lines or w/e from one column to another (blue and red circles)

Please anyone have idea to compare OpenToonZ vs Toomboom harmony?
ToonBoom is better if you can buy it. In free software opentoonz is the best.
