Where did you get the English patch? I've been playing the original Japanese Roms and while my below basic knowledge of katakana has helped me, I still don't know what most of the game is saying.
There's a site I frequent. They pre-patch the roms, thankfully, cause I have zero idea how to apply it myself. CDromance.

@@thejman5683 Not really. This is honestly the first I'm hearing about it. The most Miku meme-y stuff I know about is the leek.
Basically any time a creator is problematic we say miku made it instead
