Yeah, or maybe some people are used to thinking its wrong before marriage that its strange that all of a sudden it's a good thing, and they aren't used to it. But waiting until marriage (I wish I had, even though it worked out and I married my first) is just a way to protect you from having broken trust, heartbreak, being left with a child you aren't ready for, and so many other ways it can hurt you outside the bonds of marriage.

I think the sheltering thing can actually be more harmful for your kid than good. If you shelter them so that they don’t have a thorough concept of death, sex, drugs, relationships, and all the tough things in this world, and then they go out into the real world, it will really screw them over. Everything they thought they knew they will realize they don’t, and will be so lost.

My boyfriend is super similar. He also hates taking pictures because they don't seem "real." He wants pictures to tell a story so he thinks things like selfies or super posed pictures are silly! He also doesn't like PDA whether it's on camera or in public but when we're alone he's the most affectionate snuggle bug!
