it would've helped if you used text displays in your video while mentioning the 4 reasons of conflict and 2 ways to resolve them, so that these would stick in the mind!
Have two employees that hate each other because of the action of one was medically hurting the other. The action has stopped but the hatred for each other continues. This has resulted in arguments over the smallest things to the point of yelling and one going home. None of the resolutions mentioned in the video would help resolve this problem. Anyone know how I can resolve this problem?
Cindy West firstly dont air there problems on u tube . At the end of the day its nothing 2 do with u. If u intervene u will just make it worse . Its up 2 them 2 sort it out.
I guess the title should be workplace disappointments not "Conflicts". All the reasons you explained here are much closer to disappointment at work than conflict.
I agree. This does not really address interpersonal issues as much as it is potentially (potentially) band-aiding issues and catering to someone with unresolved issues outside of the workplace. I LOVED where it was going, but I feel like this is only part 1 of something that could have had a 2nd part.
