Yes, 25kmh is max You can’t change it, but you can replace the controller to make it go maybe 32, and up to 45 if you also upgrade the motor it’s 48v battery so it can go crazy, but controller and motor really should be replaced

Which Shimano group is built there? And how about other components? I'm coming from pure Mountain bikes and the price is much cheaper than any mountain bikes I ever owned?
@@denisblack9897 I agree with you. I bought one already. BUT I must know first which components are the the heaviest components which worth to be replaced? Any idea? Otherwise I must dismantle every components and put them on the scale? From my own experiences in MTB: 1. Suspension fork (few hundred grams potential) 2. Tyres incl. rim and spokes. Rear wheel we can only replace the tyre (few hundred grams potential otherwise). 3. Saddle and small parts are easy to scale and replace (they all end up together fast to few hundred grams). 4. Cheap rubber and steel cost weight. The stand I guess is around 200 gr. Some people just replaced with carbon part blindly which only cost lot of money, but often not reduced the weight really.

there are many brands to choose from.. have you surveyed the brands?
Lankeleisi/Cyrusher, Samebike, Ado and Fiido (except D11)... these can be options

Key to lock in battery is nice, but if I leave it locked up at shops people can turn on and play with the screen etc without a key?
Yeh true. I have same problem with my bike. Unfortunately you have no choice except take battery with u into shop!.

tire with size 26*2.40 fits without fender. i use maxxis dth 26*2.30 fits with fender installed.

I own himo both c20 and c26
c20 feels better, more moped-ish, has greater torque due to 20” wheels, handlebar is more comfortable, led screen is way cooler

Bout sack of potatoes,around 25kg 48v good from 36v.I’m in Aus cops will pull up 500w motor.
Yeh I'm in NZ and cops will pull up anything over 300wtts. And anything over that is legally a motor vehicle!!, So can't be ridden on roads
