Video before this is called aquired rare mutations,tips before you breed.WHAT A PARADOX!!that guy was running a disease factory torment closet for his poor victims......This guy here,Dexter,is the complete other end of the spectrum!His birds have a gorgeous,spacious,CLEAN and Green paradise for his.Everyone that sees this needs to look at the difference between one that loves his animals,THIS GUY HERE,not that last swine.Even if you cant afford to build like this,you can give your birds sunlite,sanitation,prime feed,and let them out to use their God-given wings at least 2 hours daily.It's not that hard.If you cant,then dont get one!I salute you,Dexter!

as a breeder of medium birds here in ph for me the cockatiel or other medium birds is not advisable in colony breeding and the nestbox you put is the size intended for albs 1/2 and the cockatiel will not breed if the nestbox is too small. my advise is to breed them in seperate cage by pair and put the exact measure of nestbox, 12x12 is the exact measure of cockatiel nestbox
I breed in California I have over 40 lovebirds and mine are healthy happy in my 2 aviary’s

Don't mix lovebirds with cocktail birds , because cocktails like to stay quite , and they need their privacy ... If u keep love birds with cocktail then during breeding season lovebirds will fight with cocktail and destroy their eggs ... So its not required to add lovebirds with cocktail
True my love birds and parotkeets were killing baby cockatiels so I had to cage both breed to let cockatiels spike in numbers

Always watching from across the continent! :) goodluck with the cockatiel breedings but separate them from parakeets and African LB can’t combine them in a single aviary, also may I suggest that you get guava branches for their perches i have used them and proves very strong against lovebirds bite, and pls closed the under space of the aviary to prevent any rodents, lizards and snakes from getting inside your cage, hopefully these will help you :)
Hi Dexter, I love your channel, that is why I would like to give you a piece of advice ,never ever ever mix lovebirds with anything else they will always go into other birds nest box and kill the chicks, also that is a fishing net, and not a bird catching net, a bird catching net has got a padded ring so as not to hurt the birds. Good luck with your bird breeding and your business👌👍

You should try Gouldian finches, very colourful and lucrative

put a plastic coat hanger or metal ..the birls love to swing on it 2 at a time ...
U got a small hole right there mr. Dex for your nest box atlease 2.5 inches wide (hole) or 3 must be for cockatiel I suggest, i have cockatiels too.

your nestbox better if you put angular aluminum or else they will put another entrance
Hello I'm from Australia I breed lots of parrots please don't mix the love bird's with the cocktails the love bird's will attack them so pot them parakeets whith they cocktails yes no problems at all I have them mix to if you need help more than happy to help so keep love bird's how thay are okay keep up the good work

I advised in colony breeding personatus colony then separate the fischeri colony. That's why it will not mix the bloodline of personata to fischer vise versa.

Also, the nest boxes you are using are only for African lovebirds, I suggest u to buy nestbox for cockatiel the wider one sir.
