After 6 months, our outdoor aviary is finally complete! We are moving all the birds today! A huge thank you to @BirdTricks for the toys and perches for this aviary!

Crying is super normal and healthy when you achieve your goals. You work so hard and don’t realize how much stress you build up to achieve it. When you finally do, you body cries to bring back to rest. It’s so wonderful to see all the hard work paying off and seeing that you two can let yourself be calm again and happy and celebrate all that you have achieved

Your space is fantastic. How good and pleasant it is to see these birds in nurseries almost in the wild. Congratulations on being careful with the birds, as I am too. What I think is that in a few years' time these birdhouses may start to rot because they are made of wood, but otherwise they are very beautiful. ❤👍👍

So cool, could you set up some kind of gutter system since it rains so much that what rolls off the roof of the aviary runs into a large bucket for you to give them?
Have you tried hamster or rabbit style water bottles for the prairie dogs? It might be a better option so you don't have to constantly change the water bowl.

I can't tell from watching the video if this is treated wood or not, but my only concern is the treated wood directly in contact with the birds.. I have 4 cockatoos myself and know for a fact they would start chewing that up. if it's not treated, then no worries and it all looks amazing. I wish i could do this for my flock
I want to say something about the cockatoos they love to have a box to go into it night and give them added security and so forth they should be mounted up high and it could even be cardboard boxes cuz they love to chew him and then in a couple of weeks and box just chewed and needs a new box only only other way you can get one make one and it doesn't get chewed as if you make it out of 10 or metal they do have these I'm sure some Aviary supply has these
Looks great all of it Wonder though. Do you have termites in florida which could eat your wooden structures? Lived in India and termites are a real problem for any wooden structure in the forest unless treated with heavy chemicals... And in case of hurricanes etc is there a plan?
Possibly put the prairie dogs water bowl attached to the wall above ground, so if outside could stick a small water can nozzle and can be refilled without having to enter all the time. And maybe a slight covered corner to hide if nervous. I would add Diatomaceous earth to the sand to help kill mites. Maybe put those automatic latching doors, instead of the hook and eye.
The problem with DE is that is doesn't work when things get moist so outbreaks can still happen. I use permethrin-powder & expensive IG Regulators. I agree that the doors could be automatic as those hook-&-eye setups can get annoying on bad-days or with old-hands-&-eyes, I suggested a long-spring as my local stores have all sorts of low-cost options to spring that door shut.
