And now am a huge fan of your channel and attributed playlists - my Sunday will now be mostly playing with Aero (Photoshop, illustrator, After effects ..) - happy to share what I figure out :) I'd like to play with gifs and video... See what - if anything - can be done to add audio :) so cool and fun!
Thank you Martin for putting this tutorial together and always giving a lot of value and useful tips. I have been using AR with project Aero lately and is pretty cool. I was one of the beta testers. As a creative designer we have no limits now =) have a good one.
I like how we have new easy to use AR designing tools but I want to ask where can we make use of the AR scenes made in Aero? How Can I share what I made to my friends/clients etc.? like for images any messaging app works and for video there are many platforms like YT, Vimeo etc. Does the client or other people need to have Aero app on their phone as well for viewing AR scene?
Do you have to be physically where you want the image be floating on? Example: A stage where the images are going to be shown but the stage is not ready yet but project needs to start rolling.
@@YesImaDesigner after creating the scene in Aero, could Android users use the scene as well in another app, since Aero is a IOS? Also must users use only Aero to make the scene?
Hello, great video , thank you question. I create mural art , painting on walls , I want the image to become 3D , so for example I have painted a colourful bird , can I cut the bird and put on different layers ? So I could then film my floating 3D bird in front of the physical wall ? Making sure I am command / control / e to each layer ? Tips or feedback would be appreciated ! Thank you for your time. And Have a safe and fun Christmas fellow designers. Em
Thanks for this video, But Adobe Aero does not work in android, especially on Samsung 21, do you agree with that Do you have a solution to replace Adobe Aero Thanks for your answer,
I did every step you did but in Aero Layers option does not show. My layers look like one image. I did save it by separating the layers and preserve but still does not look like I have other layers. What kind of problem I might have?
Sir - I'm trying to follow along with my own PSD, simple file, only about 5meg, 6 layers and keeps importing to Aero as single image, Z access option grayed out no matter what I try, I am not selecting to flatten when exporting for Aero, any help would be appreciated
@@Paul-xb8sb thanks for commenting, no Sir, I did some trial & error for a while with no luck and just eventually lost interest at that point, I was thinking maybe the issue is my iPhone? XS Max, only 2 years old so don’t think so but perhaps a compatibility problem with that feature?
@@jontrombly1457 Hey thanks for your reply Jon! I've been using an IPAD and you might be right because I've imported the same PSD into the AR Desktop version and it works fine there. Just not in the mobile app. I'll do some more testing. Appreciate your insight!
I know it is 7 months later but I looked it up for you. Aero has an option to export the aero file which you can then send off to others to view/edit/publish as well.
I have a question for you :) Is it possible to have an "Image Target" ? So that when your camera sees an poster the 3D effects start happening ? thanks !
Thank you for this! I'm struggling quite a lot trying to navigate Aero. I don't see the layers button to adjust the distance between layers anywhere :( Also what format do i export my animation in order for it to play in Aero?
I really don't get what's the utility of that tool, besides making videos and putting it on instagram. How somebody else could make use of this AR that you created?
This look very cool, but unfortunately the most current version of Aero for iOS does not support layers. The entire feature is missing from the 2.1.1 version of the app.
Hey Martin, I'm looking to create an interactive NFT that can zoom in and out along with rotating using a mouse or stylus. Is this something I can create with Aero? If not, what software do you recommend?
I've followed this tutorial and have tried several different ways of exporting and am still getting very dithered edges on all the files from .AI to .PSD and doing it manually and with the 'export for aero' option in PS. My largest file size is just over 16MB too. Any other suggestions as there aren't many tutorials online for this right now?
it seems like real control is only gotten by making everything a seperate file and skipping using layers in a single file for different subjects in a composition
You are right, the only thing you can do currently is to add distance between layers but not move them around freely. It might be a feature they are considering to add though.
Beyond the 50mb limit, are there any bottlenecks preventing you from displaying the content lifesize on the stairs? Maybe too scary with a normal size Joker. I'm surprised I haven't seen a tutorial on locking scale between digital/physical w/ Aero
this might the best tutorial I can across in 2020 Big Thumbs Up
This was incredible and the result is amazing.

YES! I'm so excited to learn more about this! Thank You!
Wow so cool! So that’s how it’s done ! So excited to incorporate this to my art
if you want to learn how to do it all from scratch, check out the tutorials im working on that break down the process including the design!
Loved it... Thank you so much for this tutorial!!
This is very cool! Please expand on this, I would love to see vector and animations used!!
Watch out for next Aero video 😉
This is an excellent and straight-forward tutorial. Thank you. How do others view the end result? Do they have to download Aero or scan a QR code?
loved this! ready for the next video!

omg this is exactly what i was thinking. ive been wanted to use it for ecommerce where you can see the product on the table.
I was wondering the exact same thing. Actually it'll look pretty awesome if we can share this on normal social media apps :D
They probably have to use the program to see. Also there are video recordings I think.
simonshikos Maybe in future but not currently. Facebook already have 360 and 3D photos. So they can always upgrade and improve.
miguel you can do product AR without aero for Iphone customers and some Android phones, if you are using Shopify they have a library for that
Really useful, thanks!
Amazing video bro
Thanks for explaining so well. Wow, my mind is now spinning with ideas!
What kind ?
Can’t wait to see more awesome videos
It is so cool! It's very exciting we could make some AR stuff by ourself on the video or photos.
THANK YOU!!!! it's very valuable information, goodwork
Can you use this tool to make 3D Instagram stories?
Nicolás M. I believe that's sparkar not aero

I could not figure it out .

Very cool. Another great tutorial!
really nice tutorial!!!!!!!!!
Can you have Adobe Aero play sound and video/GIFs for each layer instead of just a static photo?
Amazing tutorial! Liked and subbed! :)

Hi, does this have any use?
I Have a question, the adobe Aero doesnt work on Samsung Galaxy S 20 FE, does exist any alternative?
Could Adobe aero be used to map a desk where you click on a real object e.g. keyboard and info appears in AR?
Want to learn more plz
When will Aero be available for PC download? very frustrating that its not.
This app just for IOS ??
Are there alternative programs?
nope. apple pays adobe money for proprietory software.
Is there image tracking detection in aero? Also, can exported to both pc and Mac without doing separate coding
There’s no option for export for aero in my psd
When I import my PSD's the color is grayed out/ low intensity. White is actually gray. Any idea what is going on?
You can only download adobe Aero if you have a iOS system. So even if you created this in Aero Desktop mode. I don´t really know how to view this.
Make more videos like this i like Aero!!
Is it possible to add motion graphics in a similar way. i.e animated text, video from after effects or a 3D model from CD4??
Awsome Tutorial!!!
Is it possible to use this with adobe XD to do UI design?
