Ok so i have a 95 fld and when system builds up to kick out and i release the park valve system looses air with in a few seconds and valve pops back out... ???
pleaae help. when im driving down the highway im loosing air pressure so my compressor kicks in every minutes, i also lose pressure when the truck is just idling. i cant hear no air leak at all. i already replaced the compressor, the air lines from the compressor that go to the air tank and air dryer. i also replaced the governor and the purge valve on the air dryer. none of that helped. any idea what else it might be?
MV3 yellow is leaking when is pushed in… but…… after driving for a few miles if I set the brake again and release it and it will stop and then it will do it again!!! I don’t hear any leaks on the tractor and everything seems like to be working properly!!! Any idea of what’s going on? Or I should just change the valve? Thx!! 👍🏻
I have a question.. When parking brakes are set and I step on the brake it leaks, sounds like its from the MV3. It doesn't leak when parking brake is released and I step on brake.

@@outlawrecovery743 Thank you for your response. The valve I have nothing wrong with it, there's a leak from the fitting, changing the fitting will solve the problem or do I have to Change the valve itself? Thank you.
Got a question for you When I push my hand valves in they want to pop back out i have to hold them in for about 5 to 10 seconds and they will stay in But if it gets to 90 psi the will pop out ?
If tanks are dry then it's very likely that you have a bad tractor protection valve. It's a valve that stops air to the trailer breaks when you have an air leak.. might be good to do a walk around and make sure u have no major air leaks aswell
Hey Outlaw thanks for this. My yellow button does not pop out below 20 psi when I do the air brake test. Do you know what would be causing it and how I can repair it. Thanks man.
Some trucks the yellow button doesn't pop out.. the thing to lake sure is your red button should pop it's self out when your below 60 psi and of it doesn't that's a bad tractor protection valve

When I hook up to a trailer and I push in the red trailer brake air comes out of the firewall. What could that be? I have a international ProStar . On my firewall there’s two hoses that not connect Air comes out when I push in my trailer brake.
I have a 2016 international prostar and air leaks from what appears to be an open hole about the size of 1/4 inch air line on the outside firewall.The leak only occurs when the trailer supply valve is pushed in. if you put your finger lightly over the hole the trailer supply valve will pop out . What could the problem be?
OK Dude have I got a job for you, im doing this on my 2000 FL120 you won't have any hair left. Do a vidio on a truck like this , it would be a very long vidio with plenty of Blue words, no one on UTube is brave enough to do a vidio on a 2000FL120.
Usually on the fld's it's the brake switches behind the dash that leak.. they sometimes differ in if they are a normally open or a normally closed type switch but they have two wires going to them and appear to be leaking from the wires when they do leak..just make sure u get the correct style switch to replace them.. another tip an 1 1/16 deep socket fits over the switch once unplugged I believe 27 mil also.. make sure u re check the leak once u get all the kicker panels out of the way behind the pedals and below the gauges and switchs

Bought new valve from volvo aftermarket it came with five holes not six, no spot for black hole, how come?

Sounds like your air system isnt getting to the correct pressure most likely have water in your air tanks drain them completely and see if that helps

@@kashkash1541 you probably have to change the whole mv3 valve to get it back working correctly on the yellow side..

Your lines are frozen or blocked somewhere.. u need to put some air brake antifreeze

Parking valve leaks from exhaust only when the brakes are released. Do I need a new valve?
Probably a brake chamber or if it's when trailer brakes are released then check brake chambers or air bags

I have same issue my leaks thru gray exhaust line even brakes released or applied when step on brakes

Do you by chance know the part number for the valve

What did you disgnose???? Absolutely nothing. Waste of time watching you struggle for 10+ min to change the valve.
