Barefooted, raggedly dressed, Unkept youth you see them in kampala. They flit through the traffic and crowded streets, ignored or chased away when they solicit help from passers by. They shelter on the street corners, walkways, and in the cold night they lay down on card boards, plastic bags. In today's video we investigate how did they end up here. They look from south Sudan or Congolese, they even don't know Luganda. Problem is the many refugees coming to uganda. It's easy they can build technical schools in remand homes and enroll them.
