Not expensive?!?!?! Muganda wange that price is insanely too expensive, even in America I wouldn't pay that much. Oh my gravy that price is out of this world... I don't believe those blockers are good people...

It's not high according to the location and the price is actually negotiable
@ DreamandBuild-px5nt it's not even a half acre. Actually it's only 2 standard 50x100 plots and the seller wants $32,441.26 USD: that is what I paid for my entire compound here, 1.67 acres, a 1420sq' house, 2 car garage and 3 out buildings, and the house has electricity and water and natural gas and central heat and air. if that plot was in Entebbe, or Mukono, or Akright, or Kitende then maybe a 100x100 piece of unimproved dirt would be worth that much. These prices, how can the average Ugandan family ever expect to be able to afford that? I can't afford that. I have been working 60 hours per week to save up enough money to buy a plot that mukyala wange and I can build on, I have been working those hours for about 6 weeks now and we still don't have enough to buy, not even near Mityana town.
I would say that a fair price in that location would be 20m UGX, but I know the blockers there will never accept that.

I am just amazed at land prices in Uganda (when most of the plots I have seen in the region of the USA where I live) is 2 to 3 times more expensive than the same sized plots here.
