2 things to note, dea sea prima donna can summon the lower level deep sea monsters to trigger their mill effects, she can also summon neptabyss to set up atlantean plays and 2 aegirine's summon effect sends as cost so she does trigger atlantean effects.
Pitch dragoons, grab diva, NS diva, SS prince, send another dragoons, search something else, etc. This is why I think Atlanteans are only a couple of cards from busted.
I just started playing Master duel and finally finished a tearlaments deck with destrudo/kashtira for baronne capabilities. I figured it had to be on here since it blew me away that such a high level tuner even existed lol. (I have only played duel links prior)
When I saw the title, my first tought was Mare Mare, but for an entirely different reason than what you said. It's the easy level modulation, while also not losing out on total levels by decreasing it's own, as we get the tokens for materials for later plays still. I used Mare Mare in a rather degenerate deck to bring out unkillable full armor master before, it was hilarious. Other than tributing Full Armor Master for a Kaiju, it's basically un-outable. Than again, I didn't use Yazi to bring out mare Mare, I used Mare Mare to bring out Yazi., so Yazi could bring out the specific tuner that I needed for the effect to make Full Armor Master un-outable by beating over it.

Going -1 when getting Ashed is pretty bad 3. Dying to removal of Sarc going 2nd is pretty bad, representing a -1 unless you can benefit off Imsety discard. Remember, everyone will be on IP SP now! 4. Kitkallos represents some redundancy with Horus cards A lot of Horus endboards look impressive but actually don't achieve much and dies to handtraps. Rulk + SP and backrow has a lot more recursion and is actually more consistent and easier to set up

Aegirine is definitely seeing plenty of play in the OCG with the new Ice Barrier support. It's really a shame that Icejade itself isn't very good and it's just the two Aegirine cards because basically the whole deck has some of the best artwork of any archetype of any in the entire game. The card would still be strong even if it did lock you into synchros. It's honestly kind of crazy just how strong all 3 water synchros are. The new Ice Barrier card could really be called the weakest...and it gets to summon out an Ice Barrier synchro treated as a synchro summon if the opponent special summons outside of the damage step...which means a free Trishula.
Actually Aegirine Ran's WATER lock effect is only when you have the token on the field. If you can somehow remove it (by Synchro/Link Summoning) you can resume your non-Water plays.
Destrudo is amazing because you can foolish it with dragon ravine and then go to Ancient Fairy Dragon So with ravine you can both summon AFD, and also immediately have a field spell for AFD to pop

I've been using their API for my VRChat project for over a year now, and my community constantly reports many cards missing their "Tuner" type label

They are tuners, for some reason the cards shown dont have tuner on them for whatever reason.
Visas Amritara is a Tuner, but for some reason, the image in the video doesn't have that text.
@@TheDuelLogsif you got the images from YGOProDeck, that's probably why; that's something they unfortunately tend to not care much about double-checking. I've been using their API for my VRChat project for over a year now, and my community constantly reports many cards missing their "Tuner" type label

I was confused as well but if you look up the cards, especially on Master Duel Meta both 4 and 5 have the tuner tags, duellogs just ended up getting pictures that were more than likely photoshopped not showing the tuning tag.
