      currently electric bill is 45.00 a month on budget plan so you pay that every month for 12 months

      It's hard to get financing on a 1970's mobile home. Also very hard to get insurance.

    There's just no way to justify 1000 lot rent. Lawn maintenance is lacking severely. Shrubbery needs trimming and lawn desperately needs some 34 ammonium nitrate and milorginite
