is mattress replaceable, as long as size is correct? Also bathrrom: is it porcelain and aluminum for sink or is it more of a lightweight plastic that many trailers have?
Can you help me? I have a 2017 F-150 SuperCrew with the 5.0 V8 and 6 1/2 foot bed. Can you tell me how much towing capacity I have? What is my payload capacity? I’m considering getting a 1/2 ton towable 5th Wheel but I’m getting conflicting information. My drivers side door tags say the GVWR is 7050 lbs and Payload is a maximum of 1975 lbs with cargo and passenger load. I can’t find my GCVW rating. Anyway, would I be safe towing a combined cargo and trailer 10,000 lb 5th Wheel?
It would have been so much better had you provided a wide angle shot at some point in the video, trying to piece it together from the myriad of cut clips wasn't only a pain, but a complete waste of time.

Everything we build is 4-Season, and The Fox Mountain isn't any less capable than the Arctic Fox line.

Yes, it's replaceable. Size is: 60x80. The toilet is porcelain, but the sink is a plastic material.

Some carpet is mandatory because of the slideout, but we can delete more carpet than what's shown in the video.

Just what it's called from the Manufacturer of the tub. It has a small lip on it all the way around so they consider it a "Garden Tub Shower Pan".
