A little bit of a different tack with this video and a really fun surprise! So, there is (was?) a column in the City Paper called "You Had to Ask" and this totally had that feel! When you're out of neighborhoods, cute little facts and quirks about this region would keep you busy for years!
I absolutely love the way you make videos. The editing is amazing, I love the unique shots that you capture and the soul your videos have. You should definitely start making travel videos in general. This is one of my favorite channels on the entire platform. Keep up the great work man, much love from Utah

At first, I thought Emily was going to praise the Robot for all the wonderful deliveries it has made to her, not keep her captive. 😂 I think calling a Robot dumb, as many kept saying is a little odd, considering it's not making it's own choices.

Also, would love to see some more biking around Pitts, local meetups, events, places to trail ride, groups to weekend warrior it with on two wheels. This is my city. I’m here because I want to know what it’s all about. This was science fiction when I was a kid. I don’t know how I feel about a robot Taking a humans job though. I feel like it’s just a matter of time before Alexa is a humanoid walking around my house cleaning and doing dishes and asking me if she can hang my coat up for me.
I think it'd be beneficial if, whenever a tech company had any sort of AI/robotic solution or convenience, they should be obligated to have at the very least TWO veteran civil engineers to refine and 'naysay' their ideas, forcing them to refine their initial iterations. So many times there are messy roll-outs or entirely unnecessary designs put into action without proper external input. I am incredibly PRO-tech, but only with the Asterisk of Responsible Tech. Ps. We really do not need facial scanning. The improvements will NEVER outstrip the detriments facial recognition will cause.
Dean Bog you are an absolute legend. Videos make me want to visit Pittsburgh but not move there, because I dont want to be part of gentrification. As a Portlander I am well aware of the downside of cities being "discovered".
The robots deliver groceries and food as well, for only $2 delivery fee, and no you can't tip them. You can pay using your Pitt dining plan as well. I imagine they can be very useful to the community with disabilities. Sure, they aren't perfect, but nothing is. This would have been unthinkable 5 years ago. And do you see how far back out of the way they are at crossings, even in your own video? Hard to believe they block anything. It's easy to complain, but is it actually justified?
The robots blocking the handicap ramps are the big problem. Clearly we just need humanoid robots walking around so they can step out of the way, problem solved.
we need to tax this enough to support the people families and society it will displace very little profit should come from the destruction of peoples lives and livelihoods ... this is AI Go Tartans!
These things in theory are good but that's where the good ends , we have a huge part of the population walking around in these locations and the bots just end up creating more traffic hazards and confusion in said locations. They may work well inside company buildings or schools but we are already way to lazy & out of shape .....

I want to hack it to say "We are Penn State" instead of "Hail to Pitt." Put a 11 of these robots in place of Pitt Football players and you'd might win some more games!
