Congratulations on your 3rd consecutive day.
Today we will bring our focus to twisting, back extension and continue with our inversions.
With regularity in your practice, familiarity and discipline transform into confidence in your ability, physically and mentally. With that confidence, you can develop the patience needed to continue with your practice.
You can come back to your mat day-by-day learning and allowing yourself the time to practice while observing yourself, observing what you feel, and how your energy is beginning to move throughout.

Completed the 3 day challenge with gratitude. My baddhaanguliasana has gotten better! The Parivrtta trikonasana challenges my balance and gives me a catch on one side. Will work on it patiently. Namaste Kathy!
Each day we practice we can learn more about our body and our mind, and our deeper self. Parivrtta trikonasana requires you to elongate and make space. Work on getting the space while keeping the legs and pelvis stable. From there extend and turn. ❤️❤️❤️
