Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh the foundation of modern academia is basically monasteries and churches. The bias is built into the system, from what I've learned evaluating historical sources' accuracy.
Also can't always trust the translators because a lot of them aren't native or native-level fluent in what they translate from (the amounts of times I've seen English translations massacre the original French account is maddening, I'm lucky I'm French-Canadian and went all-in on english immersion, at least that way I can vent to my nerdy friends about shitty english translations tossing away the French nuances and ramming in their (wrong) interpretations based on a word's english-exclusive meaning that wasn't there in the original.

He should definitely make a deep dive on the outrage propaganda, the kind used to shift the public opinions and debates into semantics. A lot of performative “social issues” dominate a majority of public discussions, being actively pushed into the discourse to distract from shady shit.
The large amount of the issues Jordie covers on this channel (love his stuff, I’m not talkin shit) gets pushed through legislation in the background. Keeping the public’s eyes off controversial policies is a big priority for these groups and politicians. Allowing companies and governments to operate in the shadows, while everyone and their uncle debates the logistical ethics of children’s participation trophies and how gay you can be before it’s a crime.
I’d love to see his take on this, it has come up before in his other videos before but it would be cool to shine some light on it, especially with social media starting to falling apart at the moment. People assume they have it all figured out, only to jump head first into the same debates they claim to be able to navigate.

When you get out they go “so when are you gonna pay us 25,000$?” And they go but also you wont be finding a good job, your insurance will be 600 a month so no driving legally, and your dent will be 1/4 higher than everybody elses because you are high risk. You get put into prison and you get out with nothing. Also if your state id, or dl expire in prison and you dont have your birth certificate and ssc than you are now homeless and will not be able to get anything vut stolen cars and under the table payments.

As an autistic person. The fact that there's a Think Tank in Australia called "ASPI" is just downright hilarious.
Mostly because in our community, "Aspie" is a slang word to describe a person with the diagnosis of Aspergers. However "Asperger" became out outdated term in 2013 so it's basically used as a punching bag term now, thanks in no small part due to the fact that Hans Aspergers was later found out to have ties to the Nazi regime.
I never liked that term even before all that. Mostly because it sounds like "Ass-Pee".

@@el_chavez Don't mind at all. It's all under the "autism" umbrella now.
There are different variations that people use, medical professionals use Level 1/2/3 autism, "Aspergers" generally falls under 1. Or using the terms "High functioning" or "Low functioning".
How some actual autistic people prefer the term "High/Low support needs." Depending on the accommodations of care a person requires.
It can be confusing, I know. But it's also kind of a growing pain given that narratives around autism used to be driven by parents of autistic children, where as now there's more of a push for actually autistic people to lead the conversations.

At the very least youtube is probably collecting analytics and selling the data to various governments around the world so, in short, yes there is a chance that the government has some awareness of your watching habits.
There is probably a threshold of content quantity you need to cross before your threat level is elevated. It's wise to have separate accounts with separate emails to obscure your online footprint and break it up into small, unimportant blips. Of course there is now the issue of 2FA which is helpful for an additional layer of obscurity but can tie your accounts into one device with one account. Avoid 2FA (2 factor authentication) for accounts of lower importance.

i've been noticing this for years but you've finally put it into words that i can now use to explain what i've been seeing. i noticed how all media for the most part feels the same, if not similar to or a part of some pre defined set of rules for what constitutes good media, art, music, and even infrastructure. like all pop music follows some set of rules defined by a select few djs and producers in the producing elite that define what makes good pop. it's always been defined by the those who own or have stakes in these companies and media forms, that defines the messages that are spread to the masses. so, to become free from the media and the narratives and counter narratives told by a very small minority or rich and powerful and influential people, we must band together as an underground society of intellectuals, and rich individuals, to power our own society of truth, separate from the oligarchy, spending our own money amongst ourselves. a society driven society rather than a government driven society.
imagine if all the powerful rich people that weren't a part of the shitty elite, along with the intellectuals and engineers and high value individuals from the undergrounds of society who are trying to make a better one got together with their resources, would they not with their masses of small powerful people eventually overpower the oligarchys that run an even more corrupt civilisation built and run be less but also worse people?
    think of it this way/tl;dr
this is just in the US
1% of people have 46% of the resources (>1 mil)
45% of people have 99% of the resources.
other 55% of people are miserable (

You’re one of the first comments on TH-cam that actually is touching upon the bullseye of a solution.
I’ve been stewing on this for many many years and is only attainable now as a lot of the population is finally beginning to be aware of the fact that we are being governed by tyrants and if we the people don’t educate ourselves and find the courage to get together to intellectually organise an independent governing system, we’ll all be taken out quite literally.

I know what you mean Friendly.
Was driving home in the UK listening to a debate about the new Chancellor’s thoughts regards planning permission reform (yeah, that’s right, the reform of the process of issuing permission to build which completely sidesteps the discussion which is arguably required first regards the depressing lack of regulation that could be considered with regards to the requirement for even the most minimal green building techniques/standards that would be fit for any more than 5-10 years before they’re forced to implement such regulations and retrofit all new builds or knock them down and start again in any case) on BBC Radio 4 the other day.
They had a ‘think tank expert’ on seriously trying to promote the idea that the planning situation in the UK could in many ways be comparable to the planning situation in Japan…yet, it isn’t.
Err, excuse me… have the Japanese got serious concessions to make in their attitudes towards the premise of longevity as a result of them living in the literal centre of multiple tectonic plate fault lines?
As such, do you think housing built any more than 10 years ago would hold any amount of intrinsic value?
Do you not think that if it hadn’t been damaged by tremors already, then, in all likelihood it’ld have to be knocked down and rebuilt to the current earthquake proofing standards anyways simply to qualify for insurance!?!??
Oh! And there’s another difference right there. The Japanese have actually sat down thought about and studied into what would constitute the minimal standard required to be met by all house builders in their land before they get into how planning approvals are arrived upon!
Oh, I get you Friendly, I get you.

Does this video exist in written form?
It might be a good idea to make the information in friendlyjordies videos available in written form and perhaps more formally written so people can go through at their own pace and process the information. My brain isn't quick enough for this pace of scattershot editing. It's entertaining but the information is serious and worth releasing in a form that people can use as a reference. I mean part of the reason this channel exists is to encourage action isn't it?
It would be really helpful if there was an image that showed the relationships between corrupt entities that helped visualise the flow of bad information, money and ownership/relationships between the entities.
FriendlyJordies content looks like good work with a considerable amount of research so it deserves to be seen in multiples forms to help get out there more.
