I'm with you on that brother. I just did a car yesterday and it had 3 dents in it and I pull them out no charge. but I could have, and they was thinking about taking it to a body shop to have it done. but I surprised them when they came back to get it and they seen it was done a very happy. I'm also in a partnership with a paint and body shop that I send customers to if needed and they get a great deal if I send them. so I try to be a detailer that does more than just details car's and it is a plus for me and the customer. I also installed new wiper blades that was sitting on the floor board. I pride myself in giving more than what they pay for. great video.
Im hoping to start my detailing business this year. just wana let you know that your videos are invaluable. so much great information. keep up the good work man.
I have a question. With how big social media giants like Facebool are, do you ever get scared if you do a bad job? I notice how much bashing some people or former customers do to certain detailers about quality. it is like you said... word of mouth spreads. it is scary to think that even 1 missed spot will give you a bad review for thousands to see.
Well no, that's never ever come across my mind, ever. Because for one, I know I'm going to do a good job. Two, I ask the customer what their main concern is. Three, I explain everything before hand that XYZ may not be fixed 100% (always set the right expectations). Four, I tell the customer if for some reason you see something I missed because I'm human, just send me a text and I'll be back ASAP. Five, I double and tripe check all my work
