@@dinofabrizzi2116 Nakheel, the master plan developer, requires all the constructors to finish all work on island A by
2027. So the main island should fully build up in
3 years time (more likely 4 considering that DLD allows developers to be 1 year late without having to pay penalities). It seems like a short time for the full island, but consider that there are no high rises, construction is pretty fast.

@@silvio.dubai.realestate you mean the End of 2027.. Let's consider 1
Year late.. end of 28.:. 4 years Total . Then you have tò consider they have tò Build all the entertainment in the environment.. i think that area Will take AT LEAST 5 YEARS, if not more.. tò be really interesting under the commercial (and speculative) point of view

There is indeed quite a lot of air traffic at the moment. However we know that the airport is moving to Dubai South. Of course it is a gradual process and it will take a few years past handover, but even by then it will be significantly reduced. There are also other unconfirmed possibility, like a change in traffic direction towards Sharjah. In any case, using common sense, we can imagine that a semi-governmental developer like Nakheel (now Dubai Holding), with the experience collected through the years building some of the most incredible mega projects in the world, would have considered the plane traffic issue. Especially considering that Island E will become one of the most exclusive locations in Dubai and beyond.
