Build is really coming along and is way stronger than last league. Can highly recommend this build, especially if you don't want to play a "meta" build while still pushing higher corruption.

yo, nice video. been running void smite with healing hands last patch and started planning another build seeing the new uniques. Currently running shield throw + smite trigger with SoH, with the ring I should be able to grab the 12% block chance which is another 6% more dmg for shield throw. Sadly shield throw doesnt get Vit scaling with the idol, if it did it would be bonkers. Gonna try pure smite build with new hp armor and shield later on, should net me like 8k+hp in endgame.

I love the look of this build. I wish you guys would build the sliders for point progression on the build planners. Makes it so much nicer to follow along.

Melee attack speed, such as from the sentinel tree, does not help you. Only throwing attack speed affects hammer throw speed.

I'm finding my char still gets chunked or one shot a ton in mono's and boss fights, even though this is supposed to be a relatively defensive build. I have 2k health, max resists, and high block and defensive values. I''m lvl 86 and enjoying the character other than that.
Once you get more levels and better gear it gets better. If you look at my Aberroth you can see how strong defenses and recovery from leech is.
Yeah! I upped my dmg a ton and went back to the set sword and shield two-piece without sacrificing defenses. It made a world of difference with the constant procs and mobility. Especially since I got some gg speed booties now. Trying to figure out which mono to stack corrupt on now
The main problem with shield throw is that you can't really throw shield throw and hammer at the same time and there isn't enough atk speed for it to synergize well although you can be very tanky with it.. I reached 10k armor using that absurdity shield throw..
ps. it is more viable if you get the node that reduce hammer travel speed as you can stack it and shield throw after while hammer is flying around you if anybody wants this build. Also smite is capped at 2 procs per second so don't go full 4 smite idol build
I mean just going all in on shield throw instead of hammer throw. Also the patch notes and last epoch tools says smite can proc up to 10 times every two seconds. One or two idols for smite should be enough

No leveling guide sorry. Leveling is really easy as sentinel, hammer throw is amazing. Rush multiple projectiles and then hammer spiral, then disintegrating aura and you’re all set.

Gonna do a more in depth guide including a filter. Hopefully will get Abberoth down in a couple days but hard to grind when my schedule sucks.
After that I’ll release it. Also I’ve switched to Sigils of Hope instead of devouring orb, feels much stronger.
how do you get the idols?
is this works with the HH too cause smite proc HH
Looking at the skill, doesn’t healing hands only proc on direct cast?
Do you know if it works on smite procs off throwing attacks?
What would you level with early?
Hammer throw all the way. Rush spiral - multiple projectiles then go disintegrating aura.
Hammer throw is amazing for leveling, make sure to highlight any flat added to throwing gear on your filter.
