My first trip through normal lab just now gave me a gem transfigure so I dropped my sunder in and got a ground slam of earthshaking - was going to try to work this guide around it.
Noob question but I can't find the answer anywhere. How do you actually activate the autoexertion ability? I have my crys...I tried removing some crys in case it was a mana reservation issue, I tried in different locations, I tried dropping my other auras (Pride/Precision (Precision uses life for me))...no idea why I can't activate it.
So autoexterion is a skill you have to click on. It’ll be on your hotbar, if it’s not there then you’ll have to add it on. Click it to activate it and then it’ll auto exert the war cries attached. It won’t warcry in hideout though only combat areas.
it seems like not it's working (not taunting). I am using autoex lvl 20 and inefernal cry lvl 20. am i missing something? animation is working but theres no buff also i attacked mobs and i get no buff. maybe they patched after 3-4 days.
Does autoexertion keep the intimidating cry double damage on exerted attacks? Considering battlemage cry with vulnerability works, I would assume so. But I'm not sure.
Yes it does but I don’t recommend auto exerting it if you’re a slayer / chieftain. Better to self warcry with second wind which will give huge uptime in double damage. If berseker than by all means auto exert it.
I played cheiftain, fire convert warcry etc, alot of the single target was coming from lining up buffs for one big ignite. Constant intimidating cry up time not super necessary possibly. I was leaning into scaling buff effect because of the ascendancy node and infernal so was manually doing infernal and seismic for buffs, and autod intimidating. It seemed a pragmatic compromise. Keep seismic all time hit infernal on hard targets auto the rest, idk ymmv.
@@Mdntech3000 lol good to know, I play on console where things are going much slower to you not have a gg axe is more realist for most of us atleast, impossible to not have a wasted stat or two let alone the lack of six links this league. But the damage is still sick!
I can upload a video of a tier 17 some bossing if you want but I have gameplay in other videos. I don’t stream on twitch. Of course! Gotta look out for us melee chads.
Vulnerability is very important. It gets automatically triggered by battlemages cry - auto exertion. It provides a big damage boost, bleed chance as well as “aggravate” chance with quality to Vulnerability, which makes the enemy count as moving giving a bunch of weapons of more damage for us.

Yea you can just put ground spam of es in instead of earthshatter and nothing changes lol, still pretty much the same thing.

Even while in a map? It doesn’t do it in hideout.
@@Mdntech3000 I didn't try in a map I tried in random non hideout zones (just act 1 areas with mobs) I'll try a shitty map 1 sec

You could but I don’t mind pressing them every now and then. I know most people would automate these instead.

Do you need to have the fire damage on the axe for infernal cry/ does that increase you damage by much, or is it just a filler star
I’m ssf, so still working on getting a proper axe. It’s a wasted stat lol

and also, why do you keep some of cries on low levels?
There’s really no reason, lower mana cost but with invest they only cost like 3 life I think for me.
