  • This beautiful 1971 Cutlass gets a massive brake upgrade! I installed Wilwood dual piston calipers on the front of the car. The master cylinder was also converted to a dual reservoir master cylinder, paired with a booster, for much better braking performance!
‪@WilwoodDiscBrakes‬ makes an amazing product! I highly recommend this setup, if you are looking for great stopping power!

Nice Video. Do you have the part number for the kit? I would like to get this kit for my 71 cutlass Supreme. Thank you for the video 👍

I got a 71 Cutlass S and I'm learning all i can about front brake conversion kit. I guess Wilwood is the best kit, since i'll need stopping power i have a corvette engine in it. Should the rotors be 13'' is what im hearing..any advice will help thanks

The kit I purchased was 11". However, it's a very much factory setup. So, a larger rotor, will provide more brake bite in a higher horsepower setup. It really just depends on what you are wanting to do with the car!
What are you plans for your 71?

@@JakeHarrington well i got a Corvette LT1 engine in it and stopping power is much needed. I want to put 22's on it. There are so many kits i guess im asking for what kit to buy, stock front disc with lines, rotors, master booster, hoses and back line. What would you recommend. Thanks for your help.

Isn't that booster a bit small for that setup?
