    Great info, As a beginner runner I was worried I had an injury because after around 20-25 min I start feeling some minor inflammation on the left forefoot, good it not an injury but still have the question on what muscle imbalances can cause increased stress on one foot because the right one has no inflammation

    This information really saved my day 🎉! Since my tibia stress fracture four years ago I'm so worried about every little itch, it stops me from running so often and that’s so frustrating. Think I've found a channel to binge-watch over the weekend while dealing with my "normal" little stress response in my forefoot 😁. Subscribed! Thanks a lot!!! 🩶

    An MRI showed a bone marrow edema and tear in my plantar fascia. I am in a boot for 6 weeks! Do you have any other suggestions on the bone edema treatment?

    Hi Dr Chris, I have a question please. I recently asked you about metatarsalgia that I had recently on the ball of my feet. Which I reckon was a stress reaction to the metatarsal base. I stopped running for almost 3 months and am recovering and running very well. I don't feel any pain in my running but I do feel like lumpy when I walk “not visible by looking at my foot”. Should I consider an MRI or Ultrasound? Even if there is no pain as am a bit worried and I don't want to get setbacks again. I appreciate your advice. -Tasnim

      You maybe have a Morton neuroma
