How do you do that begginning thing to unlock literally everything
That's done by going to the screen left of the start in Prologue and inputting the code: Left Right Journal Grab Up Up Down Left Grab Confirm
what is journal and what is confirm?
whatever buttons you use to open the journal on the chapter select screen and to select options in menus. If you haven't changed default controls that should be journal = left bumper or trigger on controller or tab on keyboard, and confirm = jump
