      OMEGA 3, CHOLINE , TAURINE , VITAMIN A DEFICIENT VEGOONS

    • @soilikasanen
      @soilikasanen 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ramikla_146 Thank you for bringing those nutrients up. Do you know which two are the essential fatty acids, and their best food sources?
      Do you know what TMAO is, and how choline is associated with it? Are you familiar with a fact that dietary choline is positively related to overall and cause-specific mortality?
      Taurine is essential for cats. Cats are not vegans, so there you missed a point. Humans don´t need taurine, we can do it all by ourselves (as our liver produces all the cholesterol we need for hormone synthesis).
      Do you know what is the definition of vitamin? Retinol doesn´t fill that definition. Actually, retinol causes oxidative stress, and it´s accumulation is one of the causes of Wild Type Amyloidosis (which then can cause carpal tunnel sdr, hoarce voice, sleep apnea, nerve pains etc.). Also, the high intake of retinol is a risk factor for DM2. When our diet includes betacarotens, our body makes retinol by itself just the right amount without harm.
      Lastly, you don´t need to shout. Vegans dare to be aware. I didn´t want to be a vegan, but had no other choice when got a courage to face what´s going on.

    I am vegan since 2 years, at first I tried to explain those around me it was better for health. Now I have given up, I am convinced that veganism is only reserved to smart people who could understand it. The rest of people who are unable to understand it, must pay the price. Nowadays I even tell people that I get tired easily because of my diet and so on, gives me pleasure to see them so happy to have their ideas confirmed. In fact I am better than ever but they would never understand it.

    The Maasai are a pastoralist tribe living in Kenya and Northern Tanzania. Their traditional diet consists almost entirely of milk, meat, and blood.
    Two thirds of their calories come from fat, and they consume 600 - 2000 mg of cholesterol a day. To put that number in perspective, the American Heart Association recommends consuming under 300 mg of cholesterol a day.
    In spite of a high fat, high cholesterol diet & high animal protein, the Maasai have low rates of diseases typically associated with such diets.__ They tend to have low blood pressure, their overall cholesterol levels are low, they have low incidences of cholesterol gallstones, as well as low rates of coronary artery diseases such as atherosclerosis.

    Why do some vegans suffer from brain fog? Lack of correct foods? I'm curious. Also noticed some videos showing the premature aging of some vegans, that really makes it difficult to take veganism seriously over a mediterranean diet. I tried plant based for 1 day (ate lentils, brown rice, mushrooms, peppers, tofu) and had terrible bloating and digestion. Also, I was feeling full from the fiber but was still hungry...
    I'm trying to go vegan but it's hard when my body responds like this when I eat a lot of legumes because of the fiber

    • @plantbasedlargefamily8724
      @plantbasedlargefamily8724 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      If your body is not used to all that fiber, it may take a bit to get used to. Your gut microbiome will change as you change your diet. Drink lots of water. Don’t eat a lot of beans in the beginning. Keep up with chronometer for a week or so to be sure you are getting plenty of protein (you probably are) and plenty of calories.
      I enjoy oatmeal (combines water and fiber so it’s easy on the stomach)... I enjoy potatoes and veggies and some hummus...just some suggestions but the plant based diet is so diverse, you’ll just need to play around with it until you find what works for you!

      @@stevenvitali7404 true and we should accept that we're all not the same. Anyone that can tolerate a plant based diet without symptoms, ethically should do it.
      I hope someday meat can be produced in a lab, cruelty free. Because what is happening at slaughterhouses is truly satanic in nature. Sad not everyone can go plant based because we're all different.

    The best about a plant based diet is ,when you’re walking some where and suddenly you need to get to a toilet in a hurry. You are about to crap your self . Luckily you reach a toilet , with only seconds left you pull down your pants. A mighty explosion. The stench is unbearable. Now you sit there in agony,sweating,cramps ripping your arse hole apart . That was the fifth shit today . You pray to your god to save you from this evil . Yesterday was the same and the day before . All that good fibre was doing it’s job . But plants are healthy. And bloating is healthy . Suffering is healthy. Eat meat and after two days no more bloating and shitting your pants .

      @@johnrodriguez2438 I've never tried going vegan because there is not compelling evidence in my opinion that it's a good diet, at least not the optimal diet for humans. For me to try something I need to be convinced it will benefit me, but each time I go look at these vegan channels I get disappointed in their quality of evidence. I actually started eating more meat once I saw various sides of health and nutrition standpoints including more vegan channels. And it's exactly as you said my internal feeling is telling me I've been doing a good deed to myself. Are you a vegan yourself then ?
