First clip could be 12th October 1993 (certainly that's the only date that comes up in the Guardian and the phone number is obviously pre-April 1995). Second clip looks like 11th January 1993 - the first day of schools programmes with the ETC formally responsible for related material.
The Junior Geography clip (that last frame looks way older than 1987) is probably autumn 1992 when the new set-up was being phased in, and the Geography Today clip probably 8th October 1992.

Was it me, or did the opening tune for Stage One at 1:22 sound like it was from the cartoon, Roobarb and Custard?

What went on with the clock at 1:27 I wonder? The clock appears as normal but starts from around 20s (on-screen clock). Then the music is looped from 40s (on-screen clock) to 60s.

In the final year of itv schools, owing to advertising, there were rare occasions when itv schools went straight in at 40 seconds rather than the usual starting roto and the one minute clock

3:23 Why is that "O" so wobbly, in "DOING"?

Best guess - it was either modelling clay or plasticine
