Demon's Damage Resistance only applies to regular attacks. so attacks that Chip by default would do almost regular damage. Such as Ashina Elite Cross and Isshin's Wind moves
Mainly because Demon has high ass resistance against all NPCs(as seen in the start of the fight, the ministry soldiers getting owned by Demon). Since fire ministry soldiers deal a fuck ton, thus the resistances.
@@Urd-Vidan Honestly Im unsure. Ive looked into it, and all Ive found is that Demon is 100% resistant to fire, and the Ministry Soldiers that fight him have an effect on them that reduces their damage by 50%
Damn, knew Mortal blade deal a ton fuck, but that much while having Demon's NPC resistance? Phew, Demon was lucky Isshin didn't spam it and Inner Geni doesn't have access to it
@@nuffly893 Can that be taken off entirely for all enemies? It's the same shit like the Abyss Watchers in DS3. It's pretty BS, and is only used for those specfic Red Ministry Guards we see the Demon Of Hatred destroy.
@@rohanthomas6629 it was a nerf for the abyss watchers, but it’s a buff for the DoH. I personally like the unkillable fire demon destroying an army of the strongest enemy’s in the game, but that may just be me

I think it ignores armor, and DoH has a lot of hitboxes so it hit several times

The only reason is so that the AI doesn't hurt the DOH too much.
