Some bright spark in westminster decided it would be better to close all of these institutions and instead throw all these people onto our streets and call it "CARE IN THE COMMUNITY". Speaking as a full time working Tax Payer I would be more than happy to pay a little more tax and have those Institutions ... RE-OPENED.
