In my opinion that awkward silence, body movements, and crying was manipulation. She was asked hard questions to back up her allegations and couldn’t. That’s why she was able to have no problems arguing after the case.

For her to not have seen her dad in quite some time to the point where she's suing for distress, it's really odd that she didn't even go over there and give him a hug and ask him how he's been.
Makes JM ruling seem even more valid because she was clearly reaching and being spiteful towards her Stepmom.

The daughter does not understand or accept her father's dementia. Her hate for her step mother is causing her to miss out on her father's last days, months, years of life. Truly her negativity and disrespect would not be good to have around an elderly dementia patient 😤 😪 😒

I've noticed that when some people are lying, they gotta pause here and there to get those lies together, and when they can't, they do what she does. I honestly don’t believe the daughter at all. She kept putting her head down like she was upset but I think she was trying to think of what to say because as soon as she lifted her head, she was fine. I think she knows her father is towards the end and she wants anything he leaves behind. Her story was all over the place!

I think the plaintiff took brief naps when JM asked her questions bc she knew she had to come correct and JM got too much game. She knew if she lied or contradicted herself or anything close to a lie JM would’ve chewed her up then spit her out. Once she cried after first nap she knew she had to come up with something new next question. So she just decided to take a LONGER nap 💤 😂

I find it to always being so odd that when they're in court people don't know how to speak properly or know what to say but then when they can speak outside of the court room after the show their words come flying out LOL. It's like where was all that pent-up energy inside the courthouse when you had the opportunity to speak for yourself

She knows he's dying and wants to be a part of her father's life but can't get along with his wife who holds ALLLLLLLL of the cards. He is NOT going to choose her side or fight for her at this vulnerable point in his life and probably wouldn't have even when he was at a healthier point in his life. I understand not wanting to be disrespected but I'd feel I was laying out negative karma for myself if I EVER stopped a man's daughter (or son) from seeing their father. She said it herself, she resented them telling her it was NOT her home and that it was his, so I hope the daughter learns how to bow down and humble herself solely due to the circumstances because that's what Brendly is angry about and needs from her in order to feel better about letting her come around to see her father. This is a really sad situation but one that is - unfortunately - so common it is almost routine.

Dont they have a marriage license or divorce papers.
If the plantif knew her father was left in Arizona. How did the father get home.
SOMETHING. THE PLANTIF IS NOT TELLING. THERE IS MORE TO THIS THAN BEING REVEALED. IS THE FATHER STILL ALIVE
The plantif needs to have unannounced well checks on her father or try to have guardianship over him.
She can check court records to see if they are married or if the defendant is a bigmist.
Why hasn't the plantif seen her father in over a year.
The defendant may have been over medicating her husband.
    This is not uncommon.
especially if there is money and property or assets involved.
If i was so concerned about my father, mother, siblings or otherwise and the person is standing in front of me
It would take a court order to keep me from going to the person and then they would have to arrest me.because I would still try to touch or hug or speak etc.
THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE. CAREGIVERS. FAMILY ETC.ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE IS MONEY OR PROPERTY ETC.
IT HAPPENS TO PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE DEMENTIA OR OTHER MIND ILLNESS. PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS
