If you think about it, swapping Audrey for Bounty Hunter makes her invulnerable to damage for the incoming region assuming you reach the next inn. Really it's a genius move for a tank build.
Can't wait for the "Hellion's Ravaging Adventure" arc to be adapted. By far the best part of the manga, but I respect that they wanted to cover the other arcs first, even if some of them are pretty lackluster

I had a similar party (Audrey + Sahar) but had PD and Dismas with them, the fight with focused fault took like 50 turns with barely anyone doing anything because focused fault kept critting and stealing dodge tokens, it was really stupid but I guess obsession can't even kill that team lol.

DD2 combat is absolutely not "more refined." It's much LESS refined, has more jank and holes, missing/resisting/RNG ruining strategy is much more common, it's easier to have holes in your team comp for hard to counter tokens, etc etc. You can absolutely prefer DD2 combat. If you hated DD1s accuracy stat tax and stun meta that's perfectly fine. But DD1 was much more refined and predictable if you understood and gamed the mechanics. Even if you fully understand the mechanics, DD2 straight dumpsters you with unpreventable RNG far more often than occurs in 1. Shuff may enjoy DD2 more, but I've seen him get way more frustrated with 2 than with 1, usually because of RNG and jank in combat.
Tier 2 dodge is not 100% guarantee? I never got hit when i had that on. I'm a noob just started playing, currently i'm at resentment, i never got hit with dodge+ on, so it was luck huh?
I don't see much dodges going on. Game looks undercooked and needs to go back in the oven, just like the 1st one it will take then years to get it right.
Nightsworn has an HP tax and Venomdrop has a speed tax. Deadeye is fine if she stays in rank 2, but she can get pulled to rank 1, or the rank 1 hero can get pushed. In rank 1, she loses all her ranged attacks except Glint, but she would rather be attacking with Darts. Plus, Shadowfade moves back 2 which takes her to rank 3 where taunt is less useful. Wanderer has Pick to the Face which is pretty useful for getting around guard, and an unnerfed Lunge to return to position in shuffle situations. Just generally more reliable and stronger where it matters.
The power that thumbnail holds is only so fitting for the power of the dodge-tank.

You could try it in rank 2 with the range paths. Wouldn't recommend tanking on nightsworn.
