They took it but 13 yrs later when we went to sell it the property line actually went thru front porch. Yes we had the lines verified b4 we purchased. The same people redid lot line when we went to sell. Could sell our house. Ended up going back to the bank. Lost all our increased value. Got robbed. U all need to listen up to Alisha she's honest and knows her business ❤
We put in a “lowball offer” on a house that was overpriced. The guy came down a lot more than we expected but we couldn’t reach an agreement. House is still on the market. It’s been about a year now and has been vacant the whole time.
