Ok so for the Phoenix v beyonder question. It's circumstantial. The biggest factor is setting. Purely by feat and status most occasions it goes to beyonder. However as beyonder states himself if in say, the white hot room, he'd probably lose, vs being in the beyond realm he'd probably win. It's essentially "home field advantage. The other would be fighting their opponent inside their opponent and thusly lowered in power by nature of that realm and that doesn't always define a winner with lesser realms like mephisto, mammu, or shuma but the beyonder realm and the white hotel room are realms beyond the marvel multiverse in itself. The reason given for beyonder losing so much of his power was quite literally entering the marvel multivers and thusly being confined by it, here he is confined by lokis meta narrative abilities and in on course for an arc by his choice of chasing them.

What are you saying? Phoenix Force is a universal constant that existed before the creation of Marvel. You may need to get accustomed to reading comics. Jean Grey is a very special figure in Marvel Continuity and writers have trouble what stories would fit her since they don't want her beyond the Event Horizon, they just love conflating judeo-christian imagery with her and the Phoenix Force. Post claremont writing has sucked and everyone can be Phoenix now and everything is an anti-thesis to it but that trend is hopefully going to change. If you get to familiarize with the White Phoenix of the Crown, which is an ascended state, you'll be surprised that she is God herself. Read more, it helps 👍

The firmament itself was in Genesis of the Bible and it's said that it's what encases the Earth so it doesn't spill out into open space. I like how Marvel incorporates that tho
i ended up enjoying this FAR MORE than i thought i would at first. Yes it would have been cool with some actual conflicts and an actual enemy. But the story itself more than makes up for that by how much they tease whats coming next. Im hype for part 3 of this so please make it when it comes out! A
The crown reminded me of Nemesis. Nemesis was the seventh infinity gem and the intelligence that unified them the way they were intended to be. Originally written for an Avengers and Ultraforce crossover in 1995 I think. In that mini series she wanted to erase real;ity and create a new one. So that would line up with thius story, enemy of eternity. If written properly it would fit in perfectly. But I'm usually wrong about these things, so I'll just wait and see (and hope).
The Kabbalah term "Kether", which was introduced in this story as a different name for the House of Ideas, means "Crown" in Hebrew. I'm assuming it has to do with what Kether symbolizes within Kabbalah mysticism / Tree of life-which includes things such as "the will of the creator", "superconscious realm of experience", etc etc.

Honestly hate the idea of superheroes becoming aware that there made up characters always thought it was dumb even with Deadpool there’s just no point but other than that I loved this whole story
Its simple really; the beyonders are lifeforms at one point. The phoenix is a multiversal representation of all life at all time, it is the equivalent to the younger owner of the store while the beyonders are the employees despite working there twice the lifetime of the younger owner. The phoenix resides in that spot of power, the hierarchy is preserved and thus why omniverse and multiverse are subjective. Its the same reasoning mathematically a 3d thing and a 4d thing are similar and not crazy to state one is made of the other yet the 3d object could be like a train and the 4d object could be like a penny on the tracks.

The phoenix resides in that spot of power, the hierarchy is preserved and thus why omniverse and multiverse are subjective. Its the same reasoning mathematically a 3d thing and a 4d thing are similar and not crazy to state one is made of the other yet the 3d object could be like a train and the 4d object could be like a penny on the tracks.
