Nearly one year ago you inspired me to finally buy a piano and start learning to play this beautiful instrument. A few days ago I've got that piece down to a level I'm confident with it, and bam new upload from Mr. Landry. Please never stop doing what you're doing, and thanks for all you did so far.
I am self-taught, though youtube makes it easier than ever before I suppose. And the way I'm learning is a mixture of figuring stuff out by ear, my poor sight reading skills if I find sheets or some synthesia tutorials (either way, I usually write the notes down in a accustomed system which I can read faster and then learn to play by heart)

After 10 years I wasn't touching my piano, I have started playing again during the quarantine (I have actually bought a digital piano for the apartment where I live now). Together with some classical music pieces, this is one of the pieces I am learning now. You are one of the reasons I have not stopped loving piano all these years and I have to thank you so much for that.

This song was the first I learnt on piano and I was super excited to hear Kyle Landry play it, you've been an inspiration for me for many years. I just wanna say this rendition is absolutely fantastic, and I've played this song so many times I was at first a little shook when it started to change, but you made it so beautiful! Thanks for making this, I hope to be able to reach the expertise you have one day!
I'm always amazed, how much you can get out of relatively simple pieces. I love the original composition, but you add a whole new layer to it. Obviously it's more complex, but that's not all. There are other pianists, which can also make incredibly complex compositions, but I don't get the same constant rush of Goose bumps, which I get listening to you.

The original video has always been one of my inspirations for learning how to play the piano, and I have yet to perfect it or get it anywhere near where I want it. But its also always one I would go back to if im experiencing an artistic block, musically or otherwise, or if i was just having a bad day. Thank you for making a new cover!
Though I love this version because it has an incredible spin on it, I will miss the old one and its more relaxed vibes. I feel like I can feel the frustration in this one, which is also very cathartic but in a different way completely
