Hey bud. Timing is perfect on this one! I'll use it to prove my point in a couple camera discussions about why this little camera is all you need and the people on here blasting it are camera snobs who think you need that $5000 camera ...bunch of BS
Thanks for this video. Your advice is so practical. Beginners obsess about specs without considering the practical application that matters the most. In my opinion, the only upgrade from this camera that I find to be as much bang for the buck, is the FX30.
Hey! Yeah :) FX30 it's something else. That is an upgrade. First for the fan inside and the body that allows you to attach many things. Otherwise it's a matter of what you use or not :) Thank you!
You can turn off the overheat warning in the settings. This won't damage the camera it will still switch off if it gets really too hot. This setting increases the heat threshold, but some parts of the camera may be uncomfortable to touch. I've used the ZV-E10 in Florida (outside, no ac) and it's been fine 👍
Hey! You are right. I showed this in the video about the settings. It's 100% true, but at one point, if you shoot a long session, even with that the camera will turn off. I shot a conference for 40 minutes straight and the camera just died. But yes, for many creators it will be fine with that setting.
@@GabrielVIP yeah, I forgot I have a cage on mine as well that probably helps to act as heatsink, I think the longest I recorded for was about 40 mins. There is a tiny clip-on fan you can get as well
0:19 the zve10 even looksbetter than the a7siii.. i did a similar comparison of my own. default settings zve10 vs a7c. i just love the way the zve10 footage comes out by default which means i can get my social media content out with minimal work color correcting etc.
I don't think is a contest of which image is better. Clearly, a7sIII has 10 bits which is super advanced, but for the price difference, yes! The ZV-E10 for social media is king :)
You deserve millions of subscribers! Your videos are just amazing 🎥🔥. I've been dreaming of getting the ZV-E10, but I can't afford it right now 😔. It's my dream camera! 📸✨
Hey! Thank you for your support and kind words. Start creating with your phone or whatever you have right now. Spread value and in time you will succeed :) I am sure of that :)
@@GabrielVIP Thank you for the encouragement! 😊 You're absolutely right-I'll start creating with what I have and keep pushing forward. Your advice means a lot, and I believe success will come with time. Thanks again! 🙌📱✨
Thanks man, your video made my decision easy, i will not walk with the camera it will be only used for talking head videos and photography, I ordered today the ZV-e10 kit on a Christmas's sale for under 500 as my 1st youtube camera, and a viltrox 35mm f1.7 also on a Christmas sale.
I appreciate a video targeting talking head creators specifically. There's way too much info out there that it's easy to get confused. You should consider reviewing the Sirui f1.2 13mm AF sniper lens as another alternative. I like it better than the Sigma 16mm. It's cheaper as well.
Hey! Yes, the entire channel is about talking head videos, courses, teaching, and spreading value. I will try to test it and see how it works. 13mm it’s a little bit too wide for my taste but I will test it. Thank you for your suggestion 🙋🏻♂️🤗
Question: I am buying Sony a6600. And with that i want to buy a portrait lens. When people say buy 50mm lens does that mean, i have to buy some other focal length because a6600 is cropped sensor, which means 50mm becomes 85mm right? Please suggest me the 50mm lens i should buy with this camera, which will be actually 50mm
Hey! Yes! The crop factor is 1.5. Photography is not my main area of expertise but I am 100% sure you will love to have a fast lens with f1.8, or 1.4 with great autofocus. Clearly, the Soy lenses are great for Sony cameras but you can also find great lenses from Sigma or Tamron. I like Sigma and you can find good lenses at affordable prices. Just be careful to be a fast lens. F1.8, 1.4 or 2.8.
you said you've live streamed for hours with zve10. i couldn't find any live stream on this channel. do you have any other channel? i wanted to see the live streaming quality.

Hello! Yes! It should work but you need the right cable. The speakers I think have RCA outputs and the audio interface Jack 1.4. You just need the right cable :)
@@GabrielVIP Thank you for your reply :) That make sense, I figured there has to be a way. I just needed an expert opinion. Love your channel by the way 👍👍

I'm trying to find the "Gabriel" of editing PC's. I've taken much of your advice, shooting in 4K, getting better results, and now I'm finding my Windows editing laptop is struggling to render the results. I need your type of genuine good advice on building/buying an editing system.
Ohooo :) On that are I have one single advice: A good 16' macbook Pro :)) M1, M2, M3... all of them are the best. I have 16 GB RAM on my Mac and I render 4K like crazy. But if you want Windows... just be sure to have 64 GB of RAM and a great Video Card. Nvidia RTX :)
@@GabrielVIP The problem is that a 16" MacBook is almost $3k for a single item. ZV-E10, even with a lens or two doesn't come close to that, and yet, the editing system is critical for content making. There are good options - Windows+RTX desktops, MacMini, but it is hard to find an authoritative source, like you, for this guidance.
Yeah! The price is huge… in this case, Windows will work but please don’t ignore having 64 GB RAM and a good RTX. I don’t know the best specifications for a Windows PC but with these resources, you can edit for sure :)
Great advice Gabriel, very pragmatic and valuable use case information, helps new and existing content creators make wise decisions when investing in a good quality, affordable camera.....👍

Hey! What do you mean? Unlimited? It depends on how much space you have on your SD card and the battery :) Do you mean the recording will stop after, 10-15 minutes and need to press record again? No! It will record until the SD is full or the battery dies.
