My walls are blue, so I'll have to bounce with a warm light to counter. That's a good tip. Solving big problems is a great tip. Truly pro advice! I've been learning more about OBS lately, too. Thanks @GabrielVIP.
The last tip about the prompter was very helpful for me! I'm going to try and start talking on camera more for my channel and knew you had to decrease the margins on your prompter, but making it within you lens size is an easy to understand way to put it. Thanks. I'm going to try it with a 24mm lens.
Hey! Glad you like the tip. Try it and let me know if you like it. It can take a little bit of time to get used to it but you will look much better when reading :)
So many good tips in such a short span of time. You really have a great channel. The "how to TH-cam" niche is pretty saturated, but I find your content so valuable. That teleprompter tip?? I never thought of that! Great stuff, Gabriel.
Great video. Could you tell us more about teleprompter? What software do you use? Does it reduce quality of the video (it must dim light a little bit)?
Hey :) I use an app for an Android phone. It's called "Modern Teleprompter". I have that phone dedicated to the prompter. It reduces just a little bit of the lighting, but I increase the lights and everything looks perfect. The quality is not affected! It's perfect :)
@@GabrielVIP Thank you. I am using iPhone though. I just ordered Ulanzi Teleprompter and I think it's going to be a game changer for me. Currently, I'm struggling with memorizing my scripts and end up having to cut and repeat every 1-2 sentences. Not hard to imagine that I end up in 1-1.5 hours of raw footage for 10 minute video. Do you think teleprompter will make it easier?
Hi I have a question for you, I am trying to get rid of some tint of green around my head. In my light set up I have one of those light on the back above the back of my head, and I use the ZV-E10 camera for my talking head, thanks for your input
Hey! - First, take care to have the White Balance set correctly. If you don’t know how to set it, use this tutorial: th-cam.com/video/5nB4WF6EhqA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=tAE5IWjP0z9vpM9l - Second, if you still have reflections and strange tint, you need to color-grade your footage and correct it. I have this tutorial when I show how I do it: th-cam.com/video/fzdHCjjUaW4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=e2iaHcoiFqxI-cUx I hope this will help 🙋🏻♂️🤗
Nice video - just bought the elgato prompter, will use the lens width tip for sure. Quick question - if creating vids, with solutions, for a business audience would you use a lav mic or have a desk mounted mic in shot? Also is standing more impactful? (from a body language perspective I believe it is)
Hey! Good choice and I hope you will feel better using this trick. Honestly, it doesn't matter if you use a lav or a studio mic. The most important is to have a great sound. 90% of the time a studio mic will sound much better than a lav mic. And about the standing… the best is to try and see how you feel better. The most important is to have a great vibe and if you feel better standing on a chair like me, do it! If you feel better standing out, do it. It’s not a rule. You need to feel good 🤗🙋🏻♂️
how do you determine the video bitrate? I record doublewide (3840x1080)so that it records my camera and my desktop simultaneously so that I can edit it in Davinci later. Also my camera is set to record in 4K so should I make my resolution bigger or just keep it to what my monitor is? Thank you.
Hey! I don't know any formula to determine the bitrate. I record and test to find out the best quality. There is no rule about this. If you want a lower bitrate, just try and see if you like the quality. With my camera, I shoot 4k, and to record the screen, I use the screen resolution. At the editing step, I crop the screen to fit the video. It will never be perfect but you can do great content with perfect quality like this :)
Ficaria imensamente grato!

To manually add the subtitles will be so hard for me. But I will try to correct the automatic ones.
Thank you 🙋🏻♂️🤗
