Not ready for facing him, and I lost a lot of Pokemon Black Nuzlockes by his Zekrom and Zoroark claws

It's actually ticking clock sounds. Because N was originally supposed to have supernatural powers that allowed him to see the past and future. The clock sounds are a really clever way to represent this scrapped idea.
