Never cared for cold-approaching. You have to be pretty confident to not let the rejections bother you. I have a cousin who was bold in his younger years. He was thin and a little taller than me at around 6 feet but he wasn't really what you would call handsome in the face. He told me that one time he was interested in some girl at a mall so he was kind of following her around and then tried to compliment her. She responded by telling him to leave her alone and that she was going to find someone in security if he kept harassing her lol. Because of his boldness though he has had way more success overall with women than I have, but you have to have a thick skin which I don't. @badabing5103 Whatever you try just make sure you're in a caloric deficit of 500-600 calories, although I've known gym guys who can sustain 800+ deficits for months. Eat filling foods, veggies and some fruits have basically no calories but will pack your gut, drop the oil, use only clean saturated fats, never too much, tallow and butter, fresh fruits and veggies. That's my go to. Cut out sweets, sugary drinks, some fruits are a no go, so is juices, avoid refined carbs like chips or cakes, simple carbs like bread can make add a burst of energy to a filling dish. It's no one diet, its just as much of a caloric deficit that you can tolerate for years on end, plus some muscle building to raise your basal rate, its the doing it thats the hard part.
